The Savaiian was just what we needed. A very relaxed and quiet place to recharge the batteries. Although the amenities were a little tired our room was clean and comfortable. The return verandah on our fale was a great spot to feel the sea breeze and relax with a book. The best part of our stay at the Savaiian was...

My stay at the Savaiian Hotel was wonderful, the service was fantastic and the staff are very friendly and very helpful, nothing was a hassle. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with private bathrooms. The food at the hotel was really good and good/generous portions sizes. They do have a few chickens the roam the hotels grounds and a...

After the ferry ride from the island of Upolu to the island of Savaii, it's a short taxi or bus ride to the hotel. The rooms are individual huts or "Fale's" set around the open sided reception area and dining room all in lush tropical gardens. The friendly staff made me me feel most welcome. The best part of this...

I stayed in Savaii after 10 days in Upolu. The larger of the two islands, Savaii is much quieter and moves at a much slower pace. The hotel grounds are spacious and well kept. With chickens and chicks roaming amongst the two large mango trees. Breakfast is served in a continental buffet style and has a range to choose from....

We had originally booked to stay 3 nights. On arrival we loved the beautiful grounds and whilst our garden bungalow was dated and needed some tlc it is part of the feel of Savai'i. The dinner on the first night was lovely and the cocktails great. What had totally let this hotel down in their customer service skills to resolve...

Talofa AnnaMArie, We are glad to here you enjoyed your cocktails and dinner. We are disappointed however at your report of poor customer service given that as reflected in all our other reviews, we actually try very hard in this department. Unfortunately, our chickens belong to the neighboring villages , are free range locals who are mostly enjoyed by most....

Very friendly staff - in fact, everyone is in Samoa. The Samoan bungalows were good and clean. The food in the restaurant was good. I had an upset stomach and we were upgraded from our original room to another on our third night of four. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cockerels strutt around the hotel grounds waking people...

We stayed for a few nights in a self contained Samoan bungalow. Sapia looked after us very well and even was the tour guide / chauffeur for us on a tour of the South Coast we booked. The restaurant was also very good with an excellent chef and plenty to choose from. It was reasonably priced too.
