I am working as a volunteer near the main hospital. I am well past backpacking! This Hotel has provided me with a clean, quiet comfortable bedroom with access to the pool when I need to cool off! The room has air conditioning which I find essential in this beautiful island. I can also work in the Bedroom. There is ample...

Our stay in Vaea hotel was nothing short of amazing. Lupe and family thank you for your great hospitality and for taking great care of us especially looking out for our little ones. We will be sure to come back and stay next time we visit the beautiful motherland. God bless Junior and Leta Telea

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights and thought it was great. It is only a small place with 10 rooms at the moment. It also has a pool which is nice to relax in with a cocktail. Breakfast is served by the friendly staff and consists of the normal continental selection and is complementary. They don’t do...

Thank you to Lupe and Dean who made me feel at home in their wonderful hotel while working in Samoa for an extended period. They provided a great range of local eating options and assisted with everything from rental cars to exploring local spots. I loved the refreshing splash in the pool of an evening and the icy cold air-con...

I travel to Samoa with ORCHID ( a medical team from Brisbane ) at least twice a year. I have been doing this for the last 5 years. Vaea Hotel is our home away from home. Dean and Lupe look after us like family and the rooms are always spotless and breakfast is wonderful. Their staff are very helpful and...

We stayed here for a week & had such a great experience with super friendly hosts Dean & Lupe (& their son Shane). They could not do more for you to enjoy your stay & make the most of your time in Apia. You are just part of their family. So we came back here later during our holiday &...

We had a fantastic week at the Vaea. Our room was great (air conditioning was a godsend). Our breakfasts were first rate. And at the end of the day the bar area was an very pleasant place to relax. Our very obliging and generous hosts supplied heaps of local Intel and travel trips. Fully recommended.

I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the fruit and cereal breakfasts provided each morning. The best thing was the helpful service I received - advice, suggestions, extra towel. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is ideal and secure.

I have stayed two times so far at the Vaea hotel for business purposes and must commend Dean and Lupe on the consistently friendly service provided. The internet works well, the rooms are comfortable, private, safe and clean and close to the town centre. The breakfast that is included is all that is required for a traveler on a busy...
