My room was really big, with an ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean, but the room was facing the street, so it was loud, and it was impossible to cool the room down. There's also a pool. Breakfast is included and nice, even some hot homemade items. The hotel is not in the center of Apia, maybe about 10 minute walk...

I'm rating this stay as poor, since the Fale I stayed at *cost was 80 Tala = approximately $32 USD) was really not comfortable and I hated it. If I did not like it that much, I could have upgraded to a fan room at 150 Tala ($60 USD) or an aircon room for 200 Tala ($80 USD). The pricing...

I stayed for two nights and ended up returning after exploring the island for a day. The hotel was clean, basic and a good place to rest your head in town. Advice on travel around the island was a bit limited and staff were friendly yet didn't provide much assistance on transport/further destinations aside from tours/car hire. Overall a lovely...

The hotel is nothing special, the rooms are small but clean. The service of the staff is good, and the employees are smiling and helpful. If you like cooking the kitchen is open to customers, and in front of the hotel there is a supermarket. The pool is clean and well maintained. It also offers a car rental service.

The Outrigger is the perfect place to stay in Apia - a colorful, exotic garden area with terrace and pool, kitchen, laundry service (15WST each) and a comfortable reception area with a free book shelf. I stayed in one of the garden fales for three months (Oct - Dec) and enjoyed every single day (and night). The staff is friendly,...

Located within easy walking distance to the Apia CBD. The team at the hotel were happy and friendly which helped to create a positive and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, grounds immaculate and swimming pool a godsend. A fantasatic visit.

This place has lovely staff, clean rooms, historic building, lovely pool and great breakfast! We missed AC though since it was so hot at night. Great place to live, rent a car and explore the island. Internet was not good, but that seems to be the case in many places in the island.

Dear Marie, Thank you so much for writing this kind review. Thank you for your nice comments regarding our clean rooms, staff etc. Unfortunately internet is rather expensive in Samoa. However I do think charges will drop sometime this year when the new cable arrives. Once again thank you so much for staying with us. All the best in 2017....

Very peaceful and laid-back feel to the hotel. Wonderful service too. Concierge was very helpful in helping me with my travel itinerary. Breakfast was traditional. I got to sample local fruits and the breakfast pancakes were fantastic!

We had a traditional Fale. It was rustic, but not like sleeping in the jungle. No problem with shared facility. I would have loved it if there was a small fan in the room as it would have helped with air circulation, but otherwise it was a great experience. Also, they have a security guard which roams the property 24/7.

I booked a room for 2 and a half weeks in September. The room was great, the air conditioner, television & mini bar fridge in my room were working. The staff were always attentive to our every need & the rooms were cleaned daily. The kitchen facility is open to guests to cook their own meals if need be which...
