The hotel staff were quite friendly to my partner and I upon arrival. They were more than ok to help and carry bags (there is no lift so if you dont like stairs tell them in advanced). The rooms are quite a good size with good, clean bathroom. There is a single bed and a double bed in the room,... More

This review seems to be full of coincidental bad luck, so maybe for me it was just written in the stars that my visit would not go smoothly - I think other guests who were there the same time had a fine experience. However, here is my story: I reserved a standard room and on arrival was given a room... More

The location of this hotel is right in down town Apia. The service was excellent. The rooms are standard sizes. I asked for the cheapest room and granted one! The room was fine but the sheets of my bed had seen better days and the pillows.. well the cases were decent but the pillows stank! I stayed there first week... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. When we checked in, hotel staff didn't have any information from Expedia in computer. Then he made a copy of my voucher. room No. was 205. There was no elevator, then we had to bring up our luggages to our room by ourselves. There was no bath tub. But room space was... More

Although the front of house staff weren't terribly friendly, the housekeeping staff chatted like we were friends from way back! The hotel is split into basic accommodation our the back and more upmarket accommodation at the front. I stayed in the basic accommodation. The accommodation is more suited for backpackers, travellers on a budget or temporary workers. The room was... More

I love coming back to Samoa and always staying here at Hotel Elisa! International standard in terms of room space (you need that in a humid island like Samoa), but more personally for me is the sense of security! Yeah, internet and restaurant a bit pricy (but who isnt tho? And if you know some locals who can direct you... More

I arrived late at night and the receptionist was reasonable friendly. The breakfast the next morning was decidedly average. The room was okay too with plenty of space and a balcony. Might try somewhere else next time to compare other hotels in Apia.

Elisa is a nice hotel, the lobby is classy with a big reception area. There are tables outside that belongs to the restaurant on the ground floor. We had a budget room, that was located in the back. We saw the standard rooms, they were big and seemed to have a international good standard. The budget rooms had simple standard,... More
