We had a studio that was just adequate. The location is pretty far from the downtown/university area. The pool area is a mess! The cement was crumbling and falling apart. It's a tripping hazard and extremely ugly. The pool chairs are all stained and gross. We ended up leaving after a night and staying at a nice foothills resort. Will...

We are sorry to hear you experienced some difficulties with our pool and pool chairs during your stay. This is certainly not our Wyndham standards. We will have our maintenance team look into these issues to eliminate any future occurrences. We strive to provide top of the line accommodations for all our guests and your feedback will help us to...

This is our second visit to WorldMark Rancho Vistoso. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. We had great sunset views. The kids enjoyed the pool and the recreation center with ping pong and pool tables. It is close to Tucson and many great points of interest. We will definitely be back.

We decided to take advantage of a timeshare that was 2 BR and 2 BA. Our rooms were on the second floor with outside stairs and walkway. Reservations went okay but know this location has a $57 tax from the city. The main room also had a murphy bed which was nice for families. Also balcony in the trees with...

Thank you for sharing the highlights with WorldMark by Wyndham's Rancho Vistoso. We are delighted you enjoyed the units, found the location convenient, and enjoyed the amenities. It is good to hear you found internet and we apologize for any disappointments. Best regards.

Many issues with the unit. No place in bathroom for toiletries. Cheap and short toilets Great for kids. Counter height was also very short and very little space on it. Washer and dryer unit not attached and fell forward every time you opened the dryer door. Safety issue. There for 10 days and no change of linen(bed sheets) Not acceptable...

Units adequate. Fireplace a nice addition. View beautiful. Nice walking trails close. But "transient fee" (city tax) ridiculous! We stay in Wyndhams year-round; Rancho Vistoso definitely does not have the typical "WOW" Wyndham feel.

We stayed here for a few days to explore the area and relax after the holidays with family and friends in Texas. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating during check-in. We were given a first floor 1bedroom condo. The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The king bed in the bedroom...

Hi Jen, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I'm very sorry that not all of the hot tubs were working during your stay. I know how much more relaxing it would have been if you didn't have to walk so far to the hot tub. I'm glad that your kids enjoyed the...

We had a three bedroom ground floor penthouse. The second bedroom would equate to the master bedroom in most resorts. The hot tub on the patio was brilliant - particularly on cold winter nights. The kitchen was fully functional and had every gadget we needed (even a blender for the margaritas!). Spacious is an understatement. Staff were helpful. My only...

This was our first trip to the Tucson area and first time to stay at Rancho Vistoso. We traded with our Wyndham points for which there is a fee as well as a hotel tax assessed. I believe the total for a week was around $240. We used 110,000 Wyndham points also. I had called from the airport in the...

The condos are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom which could easily accommodate 4 people with the pull down bed in the living area in addition to the king-sized bed in the bedroom. There is also a full couch for potentially a fifth person. Nice, quite area in the middle of an upscale neighborhood. Gorgeous mountain views...
