I have stayed at this hotel a number of times because when the best western is full there is nothing else nicer there. I hate it and i feel like my skin is falling off every time i have to crawl into there beds. The staff is the worst I have every seen and wont help you out at all!...

I attempted to stay a night at the Bluewater with some friends. Over all the Bluewater is overpriced, not clean enough, smells musky, found dirty sheets. Worst of all the staff was rude! Customer service was horrible and I was actually harassed by their security staff. Typical Security Guards, give a someone a false sense of authority and they abuse...

I decided to break up a road trip from Las Vegas to Tucson and see new things. The Bluewater Hotel and Casino turned out to be a great place. The hotel room has its own large balcony that is great for having a drink and seeing the sunset over the river and mountains. I saw an impressive evening lightning storm...

We booked a king room with a balcony and it was great, quiet, clean and comfortable, except in the morning when a member of staff was wheeling something which made a noise along the open hallway behind the room. The rooms are completely separate from the casino area. I had never been down a water slide before - it was...

The only reason for not leaving or getting money back after finding THREE cockroaches in our room during our stay was because the room was comped for an event. The towels were also dirty and most of the staff is miserable. I will NEVER pay money to stay at Blue Water, if we ever stay there again.

This is a great resort located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Colorado River. Completely isolated from the nearest city gives complete peace of mind. All rooms have river achieving spectacular sunset views. Although the rooms are very comfortable and large and need updating are adequate enough. The multi-level pool with diferent levels is impressive and has...

So don't expect that! It is a little better than a motel 6 basically, that has an Indian casino attached to it. We have stayed there several times over the years, only for the convenience of having your boat docked right outside. They have redone the rooms, so they do look nicer than they used to, and the beds are...

Both the website and brochure state 24 hour surveillance yet not ONE camera was able to catch who boarded our boat and stole about $800 worth of fishing gear. There are no locked gates to keep people off the boat slips and off your boat. We let our guard down after being assured it was safe. It really is unbelievable...

It is very disappointing to contact a "so-called resort hotel" and experience such a bad attitude from the reservation staff. Apparently they have certain events that sell out the hotel and they let you know that they really don't care about their past and loyal customers. I understand when someone tells me that they have no rooms available, but I...

This hotel was great! The rooms were perfect with spectacular views, especially on the fifth level. Great experience. We went in October 2010 and visited in February 2012 for a day. Both times it was an amazing experience. The pool is so much fun!
