Perfect Place, Food, Location, Garden, Birds, Butterflys, Walking distance to town, and Bekki and Rick the best of hosts. Bring wine from the Sonoita Vineyards to drink on the back patio and watch the wildlife flit and flutter in the garden. A perfect getaway.

My bad. Did we really use that phrase at one time? I was scrolling through TripAdvisor for Patagonia, AZ and found that I had not reviewed The Duquesne House Inn & Gardens. We have stayed here three times in the last 8-9 years. Every time we have found it to be among the very best B & B’s anywhere. During...

What a great find. The room and grounds were outstanding! You could easily spend all day right on the grounds with a good book....it is so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! The hosts Rick and Bekki are delightful. They pay close attention to every detail in everything! Breakfast was not served the morning we were here, but I can only imagine...

From the moment we pulled up to the Duquesne we knew it was going to be special but little did we know how incredibly special. Artistically decorated rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful and relaxing grounds with attention to detail and fabulous hosts. Rick and Bekki are the best. They take great care in so many ways. In fact we left some...

Absolute 1st class folks (Rick/Bekki) that will make your stay way enjoyable. The room and grounds are outstanding. One can easily sit in the gardens all day armed with a good book and perhaps binoculars for the many avian visitors. Thanks!

My wife and I recently made an excursion into southern Arizona and had an opportunity to spend a night at the Duquesne House. We were thoroughly delighted. The older building has been beautifully restored and is carefully maintained. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The gardens in the back are gorgeous with lots of pleasant seating areas. Breakfast...

First is Patagonia, a kind of Shangri-La that is not far from the beaten path and is unique in more ways than I could possibly write here. Rick and Bekki are model hosts, the bedrooms are the BEST and you enjoy the company of many kinds of people at a fine breakfast. The Duquesne House itself is surrounded by amazing...

Just spent one night here. The gardens and bed and breakfast were fantastic, the bird feeders were full and birdy, the location was great, the owners were wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. Loved it.

Rooms are beautifully decorated with extraordinary textiles and Mexican colonial furnishings. The innkeepers are warm and friendly and you can sit in the garden and see an assortment of Arizona birds. It is near Lake Patagonia (trogans!) and the Patton Center.

My wife and I just spent the holiday weekend at Duquense House and couldn't be more pleased. Becky and Rick are great hosts and cooks as well. The breakfasts were homemade, ample and delicious. Dining with fellow guests was pleasant as everyone exchanged recommendations for local sites. The property is highly unique with a beautiful and expansive back yard featuring...
