We stay here sometimes if we are planning to visit the cooler Payson weather from time to time. The rooms are very well kept, beds are comfy, and they are suites so the kids can stay in a separate room. Hotel room gets 5 stars. Also our kids enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi which are nice, clean, and have a...

Have stayed here a few times over the last 5 years and am pleasantly surprised that they have kept up their cleanliness, very modern decor and friendly service. There are two good-sized separate rooms--ours had a King Bed in one and a pull out sofa in the other room. Both rooms have a TV, telephone and dresser. There is a...

Unfortunately just staid one night for work. If I was to go back to Payson on my own, this is probably where I would stay. Large rooms, very homey. Lots of good eating options. Great for a smaller town.

Absolutely appallingly rude staff. As a guest of the hotel while on a business trip, I was treated as a "threat" by security as I tried to walk the 5 feet from the hotel front desk the the exit door. Why, because I was bare foot! That's right, I left me tennis shoes in my car and instead of wearing...

We asked for a 2 queen room and were pleasantly surprised to find a very spacious room/living room that included 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The room was very cool considering the high temperatures of our traveling in June thru Arizona. The lady at the registration had a very strong accent but...

Ate lunch here. Most had salad bar nice but not great. Do not bother with burgers too much filler. Prime rib looked good if you like it very rare. Smoke is noticeable. Seating nice. Staff exceptionally nice.

Very clean and spacious rooms but the air conditioning was a little noisy. The bed was so comfortable it made up for it though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the layout of the hotel. Nice fitness room. Great pool. Really neat arcade. The casino was a little smokier than most I've been in but there is a...

Staff friendly, clean rooms. We were there with our adult kids and infant granddaughter. Hotel provided a great pack'n'play: the baby slept great! Slots paid out for our party and staff opened a blackjack table for the 4 so the newbie could learn. They actually came out ahead at the table, too. We had 3 rooms (hotel part is non-smoking),...

Went to Payson last weekend and decided to check out this casino. It is small but slot machines were going off in record time. My companion and i were able to leave with a few extra dollars in less than two hours. I was immediately rewarded with $10 to start my play and the place was packed. The waitress was...

Small casino, but they have a nice little restaurant and all the rooms are suites. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. Friendly service people and if you get a members card, there are discounts available. Probably the best place to stay in Payson and not expensive.
