HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 August 2016

This is located on the Hualapai Reservation and even though this is the only place to stay in town it has high quality service. The rooms are nicely decorated with rustic furniture and SW Indian wall hangings and blankets. Very clean and quite. They gave us ear plugs when we checked in since trains travel behind the hotel frequently, but... More

The rooms are very up to date and clean with all the amenities such as fridge coffee maker, etc. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are trains running quite regularly but we asked for a room facing the street and the trains did not bother us at all. We did not need to use the ear plugs that... More

I had a hard time adjusting to the constant train horns and even though I was given ear plugs from the front desk. Best to request the north side of the lodge - probably quieter than the south side. The bed was soft/comfortable, but the bathroom fan was somewhat noisy. The hotel staff was very welcoming and assisted with any... More

Our room was large and nicely appointed. A real value for what we paid. The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Seriously. I would take them home if I could. The only shortcoming is the train tracks run alongside the wing our room was in, and there were a lot of trains that came... More

This place could be a great hotel if it was not for the train noises. The hotel rooms ave very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It can be disruptive with trains going by all night if you are a light sleeper or if you choose to complain. Just practice mindfulness and yoga and you... More

Was not expecting such a nice place. The front desk guy Dave was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the food was good with huge portions. They had everything decorated for Halloween. It was a nice touch. I noticed other reviews complained about the trains. I never heard them unless I was... More

We chose this hotel because it was the closest to our hike down to Havasu Canyon, but it would have been a good choice anywhere. The room was clean and colorful, and the lodge had pleasant common areas for sitting with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is pretty much a one horse town but the hotel is very pleasant, its clean the rooms are very comfortable although the wall seem to be pretty thin. Does tend to get rather noisy with the amount of trains that pass by.
