I've stayed at this place for spring training several years now. It's not fancy, but it's also not expensive and a 1.5 mile walk to Peoria Sports Complex. Wi-Fi is slow, you have an option to buy a premium service. Since it is an Extended Stay America, it's designed to be used like a short term apartment if you've never...

The proximity to the Peoria Sports Complex was great. The room was clean, comfortable and not filled with the toxic fragrances used by so many hotels. The staff was friendly. The breakfast of prepackaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal was not ideal and adding fresh fruit would have helped. However, having a room with cooking facilities shouldn't make it...

My husband and I were in the area for spring training baseball and the location was good for different ballparks and 20 mins for our most frequented park (Surprise). If you're just looking for a place to sleep at night then it's fine. The 2 female managers were great and super helpful. The room was mediocre, fine for 2 people....

The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast is a pre-packaged muffin, hard granola bar or a packet of instant oatmeal. The muffins were good. The only drink offered with breakfast, is coffee. No milk or juice for the kids. You have to buy it from a vending machine, that was unplugged for God knows how long. We paid about $200 per...

From the start this place was a disaster... They screwed up our reservation, we only had 1 queen bed to share instead of 2 beds. The guy working the front desk was an idiot, the shower leaked all day long, if you didn't leave the light and fan on in the bathroom it felt like a sauna in there. I...

Understand this is an extended stay hotel. That means maid service is provided weekly, unless you pay extra. Towels can be exchanged daily at the front desk. You take out your own garbage at the "trash room" on each floor. I suggest bringing your own soap, toilet paper and Kleenex because those provided are poor quality. Each room has a...

No houeskeeping, management has a huge chip on their shoulders and has no conflict resolution skills. I stayed her for weeks Nd not once was my room cleaned. Its dusty and dirty. No one vacuumed and getting toilet paper was impossible,!

Most weird and gross hotel experience ever. We had a late check in, but had called in beforehand to let them know. When we arrived, the front desk almost couldn't find the reservation. Went to the room, it smelled like fried chicken or something. BLOOD stains on the comforter (so gross), stains on the bath towels (they were clean towels,...

Had to change rooms 3 times (to a total of 4 rooms) just to get one that was acceptable enough to deal with for a few nights on a trip to visit family. Room 1: moderate stale smoking smell, fridge had been turned off and had defrosted resulting in a puddle inside that had leaked out onto the floor; to...

The property is quite nice, The room very comfortable, The location is very good in that you can walk to several restaurants, etc... The staff is quite incompetent. Took a long time to check in and they wanted to charge me again even though I booked through Priceline and it was prepaid. Finally got checked in. Went to the desk...
