Tripadvisor needs to be a little more clear on details. one place it states breakfast is included and another states no breakfast included. There were video cameras every where around the property that we could see and maybe some we couldn't see. I don't know if they didn't trust the customers or the neighborhood. The bathroom had a large atrium...

In an area where cookie cutter box hotels are the norm, the ZenYard shines through. I stayed in the Cowboy Casita which was very private; it was its own detached suite with a kitchen and generous living space. Although it could use a deep clean (dusty cowboy hats and boots), I quickly overlooked that considering their other great amenities; heated...

The Zen Yard exceeded my high standards in every way. I will undoubtedly visit again and tell anyone looking to stay in Central Phoenix all about them at any opportunity. Do yourself and your travel companions a huge service and stay here while visiting Phoenix. You will be assuredly most pleased.

We stayed here just one night while driving cross-country drive from CT to LA and this was just what we needed. Pleasant and peaceful. Loved hearing the birds in the morning! Wished we could have stayed longer.

When we arrived, the door lock did not work. However they could quickly make it work. for money, the guest room is big, clean and fun! We get there late and did not have chance to try their pool. No hot food as they stated. I will stay there again.

all good! Location easy to find, quiet, relaxing, honor system was refreshing, no tv was wonderful, we had questions when we arrived and they were quickly answered. Gardens were beautiful, shower was great, guests could control own heat/ac, very accomodating

A true oasis in the middle of the city. We were the only guests for most of our 4 day stay. The Cowboy Casita was just as pictured (a little older and could use some sprucing up and a bit of deep cleaning), but it was just great for us. Hosts were very responsive via text, allowing a last minute...

We stayed here for one night to break up a long car trip. The property was easy enough to find with a GPS, and accessing our room was super convenient. The room was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Very difficult to find in the dark! There is no one on the premises to ask for assistance. The rooms are located with separate entrances on the property. The path to our room had no light. We tried our pass code on various doors. Took lots of backtracking until we found a dark pathway to our room. The place looked...

Hey so sorry that it was difficult to see, that can be frustrating at a new place we understand and never intended to leave you in the dark. We have been changing of all the lighting and doing some landscaping so the lighting was removed for changes being made. We do have more lighting in the parking area as well...

Was in text communication with hosts and made a smooth transition getting in late with easy access codes to get into room. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. There was an irange tree in bloom right by our window. Even other people staying there were friendly and all around good people are drawn to this place.
