ZenYard was a bit careless for this visit. No silverware, dirty cups, did not make up the room, no bottled water and no flushable wipes. All features previously! The location is great and the provisions check-in is hassle free. We really like this place, but someone is not paying attention.

Airport is a 15 minute drive. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods to view architecture and gardens. Coffee bar and Spirit bar had good selections with homemade sweet breads available (we brought our own 1/2 and 1/2). Bring your swim suit and plan on lounging in the fabulous pool side garden.

The room was just what we needed. Very comfortable bed, privacy, communicative staff, amazing hot tub, and a great convenience store with everything you'd ever need. Can't wait to stay here again soon!

Not even a cup or a bottle of water in the room? After getting ready for bed, I had to redress, stumble thu the dark, find a cup and pay for a bottle of water. I felt so sorry for those two sisters staying there that I tried to help. I'm amazed they even found the dark (at 7 pm)...

Needed a quiet place to stay for a family event. Close enough to walk to the synagogue and regular keys available! Perfect! We loved the garden atmosphere and the decor. Fridge in the room and coffee maker too.

In fairness, there was nothing inaccurate about ZenYard's description. It is modest, with rooms with vintage (read: old) plumbing et al, but I am not a primadonna. I had to be creative about charging my laptop. The only 3 prong outlet was next to the kitchen sink, but that worked fine. What really unsettled me was in 48 hours I...

We are repeat guests who have stayed here over the past 7 years -- first as winter getaways when we lived in Pittsburgh, PA; now for a variety of reasons (dining, theatre, museums, etc.) as we drive up from Tucson. Dale & Eddie are gracious hosts who constantly improve upon their property.

I visited Phoenix to learn about the area and house hunt; I was admittedly just looking for a great price but lucked out immensely when I also got a place to stay that was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing! The location was excellent- nearby places to eat, easy access to major roads and freeways without the feeling like I was in...

Staying at Zen yard was a truly great experience. We had a lovely time in the accommodations were so peaceful. We love the plants, windchimes, and sounds of bubbly water. It was a true retreat in the heart of the city.

This place is a gem. I have been to many weekend rentals from all different sites and this place is one of the best. It was comfortable, entertaining & centerally located. My boyfriend thought he was going to go crazy without a tv but he survived and enjoyed the time without being glued to the blue tube.

“1) Enjoy the surprise on the ceiling in the Jerome room(not sure if it's in every room, but it was a wonderful way to drift off to sleep). 2) Be careful with the shower handles, it's a bit tricky to find just the right temperature for the fun and funky double shower head.”
