Host hotel for the Annual Assembly AAHPM/HPNA. Very nice in downtown Phoenix. Obviously a convention hotel, but very personalized. Great beds & room service. Loved the bar area & they had my Chopin vodka! LOL. Only 3 blocks from the convention center, an easy walk. A bit on the pricey side for a very standard room, no microwave in the...

I will keep this short and sweet. I am very glad they serve starbucks coffee in the lobby. On check-in days where they have over 500 check-ins they have a large assortment of candies like sour gummy worms that are free (love it). No hassle keeping my bags in security hold and very easy to get them in and out....

Attended a 600+ conference for three days at this property. Rooms were pricey but service, food, staff and accommodations were aligned with the investment. Great location and attentive staff made this visit a crowd pleaser. Well done SPG!

This hotel is only a 15 minute or less ride from PHX Sky Harbor. Great location downtown. Nice restaurant and good meeting facilities. Top notch staff. Our room was a little tired looking and dated, but nice nonetheless. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I stayed here for a conference. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very nice public areas and restaurant. The $9 lunches were really good and there were gluten free options (and they were able to modify more of them). The free candy bar in the afternoons was awesome and the pool area was lovely and seemed to really capture...

We stayed here for a business event at the Convention Center. Very convenient, just a few blocks away. Rooms were clean, room service good. Only negative is during peak morning & evening times, there is a wait for elevators.

We are in a prime location for those with convention center business and it's nice to hear that you appreciated the convenience of our close proximity. Thank you for letting us know about the elevators, although, as you mentioned it was probably during the "rush hours" that you encountered wait time. We have noted this.... We thank you for staying...

I stayed here for a single night only and was actually very impressed with the following... 1. Relative to competing hotels in downtown Phoenix, the price was very good (I paid $169). 2. The location- Literally at the heart of downtown Phoenix. 3. The amenities seemed endless- pool, gym, bars, restaurants, etc. 4. The hotel bar was actually the best...

A true full service hotel close to the convention center. Room was well appointed with a large comfortable bed and a wonderful comforter. Bar and restaurant on site. Staff was friendly. Fairly elegant but not stuffy. A very good downtown choice.

Excellent choice and located for the convention center. Easy train ride from the airport (kudos to Phoenix for this great light rail system!) with a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Swift friendly check-in. SPG gold is starting to surpass HH gold programs with the benefits. There were some negative reviews about the elevators but I did not wait once...

Nice lobby and though the rooms seem a bit dated. Not nearly enough power outlets in places where I wanted them (compared to the Sheraton Valley Forge where I routinely stay). Bathroom still has a tub when most hotels seem to have remodeled to showers. Room was nice otherwise and the internet, while free for SPG members, is not much...
