I was satisfied with the value I got from my stay. I was looking for a budget option close to the location I was visiting. The room was clean, and nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special, but free. The facility in general shows signs of age and wear, but includes a pool and a decent workout area.

The Greentree Inn and suites was conveniently, just a short distance from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was on time and prepared very well. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean and cozy, and the stuff was really very kind. In the room the toilet flush was broken and the breakfast was quite poor. The reception has a lot of snacks to buy and also popcorn for free. Overall it was a R really nice stay.

Jordan, Erena and Chris were Amazing 🤩 Host at this Amazing Sanctuary of Health! My family enjoyed our stay, the Room was Spacious, Clean and Welcoming! I know when you call a Hotel a sanctuary it’s a place that feels like Home 🏡. I am grateful for our stay and it’s only day 1 and there are 3 more days! The People here make it Great! And I haven’t even had the complimentary Breakfast! 🥞 🍳 The Green Tree Inn and Suites is solid if your going to be here in the Phoenix Area! All the Food Spots like Chipotle, Del Taco, Taco Bell and even a Circle K is within walking Distance, The Local Shopping Mall for your teens and your shopping needs is only a $10 Lyft away, The Mills Mall! So grateful for this Home away from Home! 🙌🏽❤️🔥🔥💯

They have an excellent cable channel line up. The staff were pleasant. The room was adequate. The bath towels were a little rough. The hallway had a strange odor. The mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioner worked but it was still a little warm in the room. Parking was available for moving truck to park without added fee. I was worried about my parked vehicle because I observed homeless people getting high near the trash cans in the parking lot. I didn’t venture out and check out the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. They had "billing issues" during our stay so they charged our card for 16 nights 2 weeks after we left with no notice. The pool was closed for weeks during the heat of the summer in Phoenix, towels and linens are old and stained and we practically had to beg for trash bags for our room and the soap, shampoo dispensers were never refilled.

Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Nice staff and pleasant surroundings. The hotel has a full gym, room service, laundry facilities, WiFi and a pool. There is also breakfast included with each night stay. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

No shuttle bus, but I used the free courtesy taxi fro/to PHX airport and it was fine. I had to get a receipt form the driver for Reception to reimburse me, but return was pre-booked. I see Rochelle already mentioned in a review, and I can see why. What a lovely, kind lady. She put a key by for my husband who was flying in later so he wouldn't disturb me. Clean room and the bed was good. The seat on the W/C really needed replacing although it was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the area kept very clean and replenished. The scrambled egg was fresh and not overcooked, good quality juices, bagels, fruit, yogs, cereals with milk in cartons fruit pots, pancakes etc.. Perfect and great value for our one night stopover, thank-you.
