We ended our Arizona journey to Sedona and the Grand Canyon at our favorite hotel, the Arizona Biltmore. We stayed at the Ocatella Club level. It was wonderful. Our room was spacious and the grounds at the hotel are impeccable. The staff at the Ocatella Level did their utmost to accommodate all of our needs. We'll be back -- and...

Our family has been going to the Arizona Biltmore since the 1960's! ! It is one of the most famous and historical hotel in Arizona and built by the late Frank Lloyd Wright. My husband and I grew up in Scottsdale and had many brunches, weddings for family members , dinners and cocktails out by the beautiful lawn for years...

I stayed here several times and it has gotten better. I love the original cottages with the history behind it and away from the larger part of the hotel. The growns are so serene even during a crazy Easter/Passover time. You get the Greatest service. Kindest people who work there. Caring staff. Stay here

I was here just one night for a business event so did not have much time to enjoy the grounds and pools. I don't golf either so the place is a bit wasted on me but I can appreciate that this is a historic property and a luxurious resort. The architecture does not really try to integrate with the Phoenix...

This was my second time staying at this resort. My room had quite a few issues on my first stay, so I was curious if this stay would be better. I was there 3 nights on business and 2 for fun. I stayed in the Ocatilla building, which included breakfast and happy hour in the evening. First, the manager (younger...

Beautiful, exceedingly well maintained physical property but it has it's limits. We were in Cottage with a firepit - room size is OK and well furnished- bathroom needs work - small shower - The path to the Cottages are very poorly lit- if you go, bring a flashlight Service is an issue - There were key amenities missing from the...

The Arizona Biltmore is a magnificent property and a true testament to the architrctual-design genius of Frank Lloyd Wright. The grounds, pools. walking areas and facilities of the Hotel are superb. The Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful, The rooms--especially those renovated in the Palisades wing --are spacious and well equipped, including the bathrooms, bedding and furnishings. Why...

My husband and I recently booked a stay at the Arizona Biltmore property. This was our 5th stay at the Biltmore and most likely our last. During our stay last week, there was a very large party staying there (500+ people). The guests were incredibly rude, which is not the hotel’s fault, however the resort catered to them solely and...

We were part of a large group. Hotel seemed unprepared for us. We had to call several times to try to get luggage racks which were not available. Rooms are bright and well decorated but some of the fixtures seem to be from the 70's. I don't think a Waldorf hotel should allow rusted metal bars in closets. Also the...
