We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore for the weekend. The hotel and grounds are very elegant and luxurious. The staff was extremely friendly and engaging. The history of this resort is very interesting. Every president since Herbert Hoover has stayed there. There is a "mystery room" that was a place to drink during prohibition...ask the staff to see it. The... More

My sister and I stayed in a queen double with my eight year old and her six year old. The room was fine. It was a little awkward because there was no divider on the patio between us and the party in the room next us. The main pool has good food service, but the restaurant by the main pool... More

This hotel was designed by Albert McArthur, not Frank Lloyd Wright. An article on the subject says you can tell because Wright was a master of inside spaces and the Biltmore is very beautiful outside but the inside is like a Motel 6. I found that apt, the public spaces are beautiful, great grounds, great little putting course but the... More

Over the top service, lovely grounds and buildings. Usually stay in the casitas which we prefer. If you are fortunate have an opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up. It has been recently refurbished.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a 5-night stay at the AZ Biltmore. I am a fan of the Architect, Frank Lloyd Wright and a stay at this hotel was on my bucket list. I was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful in an artful & organic way. There are lots of quiet spaces to relax and... More

We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore a couple weeks ago. Our stay was wonderful! It was due to the wonderful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make it perfect. We stayed in the Ocatilla building. You will quickly fall in love with this hotel and it's classy ambiance. From the lobby to the bar to the gardens to the room, each area feels like you are walking through a story and since there is so much history involved with the hotel, you pretty much are. So very disappointed in the Spa & Hotel manager. I've been here for a full week on vacation with my family and they have had every opportunity to make right what should have been a new mom's spa day great. The Biltmore was my favorite destination up until this stay. I was really excited about coming to relax, and as... More

We are not fans of large resort type hotels but were keen to see the Lloyd Wright architecture and experience the history that is the Arizona Biltmore. From check in to departure we found the staff friendly and helpful even if at times very busy. This place seems to hold a lot of conferences which sometimes detracts from the property.... More

I choose to stay at luxury hotels because it's intended to be a luxurious experience -- especially when it comes to rest and relaxation. If you're arriving from an international destination (as we happened to be) or are hoping for a restful escape, this is NOT the hotel for you. The massive grounds/lawns need to be mowed. Beginning at 8:30AM.... More
