I visit this fabulous hotel several times a year. Each time is as perfect as the last. My personal Concierge, Britni Franks went above and beyond the call of duty making my stay extra special with an exquisite room. Britni was checking on me several times to see what else she could do to make my experience the very best....

This is the 6th year in a row I've stayed here, but first time I brought my family (wife, 2 children). The Biltmore is true historic class. The highlights are the amazing architecture (Frank Lloyd Wright), incredible grounds and landscaping, the amazing 7 pools onsite, and the first class service. When I come to the Biltmore, I rarely leave the...

We just returned after a three night stay. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We stayed in the valley wing on the fourth floor. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfy. Our room had a balcony that adjoined another room which I didn't like because there was no privacy. They have 8 pools. We mainly stayed...

I travel frequently as a Hilton diamond member, with a penchant for staying at Waldorfs. Of those I've stayed at just in 2017 (NYC towers, Chicago, Boca, New Orleans), this one is an easy last place. I've only once posted a review on trip advisor and while we leave tomorrow, the experience is worth voicing. Here's why: - We paid...

We stayed at the Ocatilla area at this hotel and were extremely disappointed in the level of service at the pool. List of complaints -paid extra for the exclusive pool (it was not exclusive) -photos show the level of cleanliness and upkeep. Went down to the pool at 9 am there were still towels, bottles etc strewn about from the...

Every few years I attend a conference here. Seems more like a vacation. Relaxing atmosphere, good service, nice staff. Weekends seem busy with families - likely locals using as swim club. My room in Paradise wing was a nice size. Large bathroom. The grounds are beautiful. I was told by the maintenance engineer there is a tour around the property...

We stayed at AZ Biltmore for 3 days after a week in Sedona. The grounds, pools, common areas are magnificent. Exercise facility was fine. Staff could not be nicer. Our room, in the Valley Wing, was okay, but not up to our expectations. Air conditioning malfunctioned the entire time, even though the staff really tried. The small touches that move...

Stayed for two and a half days at the hotel and took advantage of the limited but fun amenities. The hotel has a boxed in feeling to it because of the layout but the landscaping is well maintained and the pools are greatly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and have an average appeal. I ate at Wright's - a...

Very high class and full of luxury, this has to be one of the most beautiful places I've stayed so far. Lots of space and nature (which you might not expect in the middle of a desert area) Friendly staff and rooms with large, comfy beds, if you get the chance and can spare the money, definitely spend a night...

I stayed at the Biltmore 1 night for a seminar where I was a speaker. I was barely at the resort 24 hrs., but enjoyed myself and can't wait to go back. I stayed in the Ocatillas building and the room, pool, and hot tub was awesome. I also ordered room service and it was delicious!!! (most amazing grilled cheese)...

Dear Jill F We are so thrilled that even in such a short amount of time you truly got to experience luxury service in Wright's Bar and the Ocatilla Lounge here at the Arizona Biltmore!
