This hotel is very conveniently location near the airport, and our room had a runway view. Like other Aloft hotels, the rooms are small but functional. No breakfast is included but you can purchase items at reasonable prices. We dropped off our rental car the day before we were due to leave, then took the airport train back, the stop...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 7 September 2016 via mobile

I've stayed in hotels domestic and international. I prefer Aloft for domestic stays, and the experience varies greatly despite the hotels being consistent in appearance and price. Nancy was the desk agent at this location and she absolutely rocked the customer service. We were new to the area. She mad small talk and made us feel so comfortable. Being a...

All in the room was close to $300. The neighborhood is quite poor. I saw people smoking crack 100 meters from the hotel. The rooms feel cheap, not hip. The internet was slow. The gym equipment poor. For $300, if I show up at 11 I expect a rom, not to be told to come back at 3 pm. For...

We stayed here before our flights out of the country, and then again upon our return. The Sky tram across the street was very convenient for the hours the shuttles were not running. $25 roughly for the week our vehicle was in the parking lot and we had no issues. Way cheaper than the airport and worry free.

I was surprised by this hotel. It was quiet, so we had a great nights sleep. The rooms are modern, clean and suitable for short stays. The staff went out of their way to help us and the warm welcome from reception on our arrival added positively to this review. . If passing through Phoenix I'd have no hesitation in...

Shuttle service was prompt, the reception friendly, the room nicely designed with a giant shower; but the bartender stole the show with his eager and genuine desire to please. He went out of his way to arrange a dining recommendation, the Pita Jungle, and offer the shuttle service to get us there and back. His knowledge of craft brews and...

Very helpful with our crazy travel issues and accommodating our friends who were stranded at the airport. Monty and Nicole were the front desk agents who were extremely helpful. Plus my teenagers thought the vibe was really cool.

Going from one wintry city to another, I found myself flying through Phoenix. Why not spend a day in the sun? I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport. They have a shuttle but if you want exercise it's also just a block from the Skytrain that takes you to the airport. The light rail station is right...

Great staff, clean rooms, 3 mins from Airport, shuttle service. WXYZ bar is small when the place gets busy, but plenty to do around the area food/drink-wise. Keep in mind that the pool is very small, but enough for a fresh dip after a warm/hot day.

It is a basic A-Loft. The rooms are very smelly and sticky. There is a fridge in the bathroom, which I found pretty wired,. Stained Tv-Remote. Overall ok for a cheap overnight, but not more. Probably there are better options around PHX,.
