Overall, it was a great stay! My room was clean, breakfast was great and the hotel’s location is perfect. Blake at Front Desk and Jordan and Quentin in valet were all awesome. I highly recommend the hotel.
Chose this hotel due to it's great pricing and location. Price was great for the dates I stayed. I was lucky enough to also find a coupon code via visitphoenix website. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel (taxes and fees included) what other hotel properties in downtown were asking for only 1 night. Maybe I just got lucky with my dates - no idea! I tried to do online check-in for this hotel but it was not available. When I arrived I was told it had not yet been setup for use. This seems to be a newer hotel, so that may be why. Breakfast is the grab&go style with cold food options. Parking was $37/night...I did not bring a car. We used the light rail [$2/trip or $4/day]. Light rail station is a short 5 minute [maybe less] walk to/from the hotel. Literally cheaper to park at the airport and ride the light rail in, or even Uber for that price. Hotel room was clean and smelled fresh/clean. Overall had a newer vibe to it. This may be the first Hampton Inn that I've stayed in that offers only a mini fridge, and no microwave. Bed(s) were comfortable, pillows were too. AC worked great - much needed in 100+ degree weather. Water pressure in the shower was nice, and the sink had a large vanity which I always appreciate. The location of the hotel is great. Like mentioned before, short 5 minute walk to/from the light rail. Approximately 10 minute walk to Talking Stick Resort Arena, and another 5 minute walk down the road to Chase Field. You can see both arenas/fields from one another on Jefferson, so they aren't far at all. Lots of restaurant and bar options as well as drug store and grocery store all within walking distance.…
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to Grand Canyon University. My youngest granddaughter was moving into her apartment on the campus the next morning. We had a U-Haul 5x8 trailer. They have a parking garage shared with the businesses in the same complex. We could not park the truck and trailer in the parking garage (they would have fit, but it isn't allowed). They did have an area on a side street where we could park. We did and it worked out ok. We walked through the parking garage back to the hotel. The room was very nice. All the amenities. We ordered dinner from the hotel and it was good and not expensive. It was delivered quickly and the staff were very nice. A lot of GCU families stay at this hotel during move-in week. Price for one night was $200+.
Spent one night here. Came to Phoenix to see a Diamondbacks baseball game. Staff was super accommodating. They got us into our room early! The location was perfect! Although the valet parking was pricey, we never had to drive or look for parking downtown. We were able to walk everywhere: to lunch at the Kettle Black restaurant, to a coffee shop, to CVS and even to the BB game. We took advantage of using the Lime scooters and got exercise walking. On our downtime, we relished how comfortable the bed and room was. Except for a microwave in the room (they had one in the lobby) we had all the amenities we needed. Loved the sun blocking blinds! The breakfast was in keeping with the Hampton Inn’s reputation for a hot meal with good variety of foods. They did not have a pool (Phoenix is soooo hot and I would have welcomed it but knew it going in) but had a fitness center. The area had some homeless people around but we never felt unsafe. Well lit on the streets at night. For a large city, it was uncrowded. All in all, great place!…
This was one of the nicer Hamptons I've stayed at. It was well modernized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easily walkable to the convention center and downtown, a few blocks away. Breakfast was the usual (with plenty of waffle makers even with a packed breakfast room). Spent 5 nights here and it was great!
chad was our valet and he was really sweet and did a great job. he also complimented my friends shirt which was really sweet! he was just helpful overall because i have never used a valet before and was a bit confused, but it gave us a lot of information!
Hayden was such an awesome valet !!! Very personable , helpful and courteous!!! I will recommend everyone to Stay at this Hampton Inn because their service here is extremely exceptional thanks again!!
Had a great stay! Clean rooms, good on-the-go breakfast. Dylan working valet was very helpful! I forgot to send a message to retrieve the car and he ran immediately to grab it. Was running late to a meeting, so I really appreciate Dylan’s quick response!
I was concerned with downtown parking & luckily the Hampton inn had my back! Very helpful staff is here to assist you & all your valet needs. Caleb assisted me today. He was very nice & resourced! Appreciate the service
I came to Phoenix to enjoy Phoenix comic con for the day with my boyfriend and his parents. I really like the valet option available at Hampton inn and suites. Hayden was very nice and took care of us quickly.
