This is a beautiful resort. It is superbly maintained and the service could not be better. The room has a balcony with chairs and mine was overlooking a garden. The bathroom was spotless and fluffy towels and really nice soaps, etc. The coffee maker is like a mini Keurig and made a cup at a time. When I checked in...

Stayed at JW Marriott for a conference. Visit was almost perfect in every dimension. The magnificent landscaping, the small but lovely cactus garden and its walkways though desert sands, beutiful veiws of nearby mountains, benches strategically located, fire pits surrounded by comfortable chairs and sofas throughout the grounds for evening chats and socializing, a large cavernous lobby, beautiful free-from pools,...

Thank you for your wonderful review. We are pleased to hear that you truly enjoyed many amenities throughout the resort! We are however, disappointed to hear about the poor dessert experience that you received at Stonegrill. We would love to discuss this in further detail with you, so please send us your contact information to jwdesertridgeguestservices@marriott.com. We are happy to...

We were here for 2 days as the first stop in a trip through the southwest. I got an amazing deal at the JW just at the very end of the off season that included the annoying "resort fee", parking, some meals. By buying a package it made this place a vastly better value than had we paid for everything...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing our resort for your spot to come and relax for a bit. We are pleased that you enjoyed your time with us and that you had an opportunity to experience our breakfast buffet - calling it the "best breakfast in the USA", WOW, what a great compliment - thank you! Great resort, VERY large. I was here for a convention and it took me a day or two to get my bearings and find my way around. The convention space was very nice and very clean. My room was adequate...I had requested a king bed but was given a double room instead. I assume with such a large convention that...

My husband and I spent 5 nights here in September and had a fabulous time. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable, including a double balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains and pond/fountains. Housekeeping was excellent as was the rest of the service throughout the hotel. We highly recommend the Griffin Club experience...

Stayed for four nights as part of a conference I was attending and have to say I really enjoyed the experience. As suggested in the title line there were two things that really stood out: first the room itself, which was elegant, nicely appointed, and very comfortable (this applies to the bathroom). There was also a lovely balcony (I think...

A last minute, much needed dose of levity. We enjoyed evenings alongside a fire pit with great snacks and drinks and lots of girl talk. A Sunday morning at the spa and a 2am trip to the lazy river (which I would advise against as they close at 10pm). Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially Michael Watkins, who made...
