Great Weekend and checked out San Francisco Giants vs Arizona Diamondbacks, and the hotel is 15 minutes away walking. There are many bars and Restaurants on the way. The Room was Great and the Morning Breakfast was also very good
Brand new hotel in the heart of the downtown entertainment area, across the street from the Orpheum and a few short blocks from the Suns Arena, Chase Field and Arizona Federal Theatre. Pet friendly, clean and modern. Valet parking is expensive but there are parking garages nearby.
The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area. We walked to dinner at a very nice steakhouse. After dinner we walked to the Historic Hilton to have drinks in the rooftop. Great service and very clean.
We came to Phoenix to visit family and wanted to be close to downtown. It was the best choice to stay here. Everything was close by foot restaurants, coffee shops etc…The staff were attentive, great customer service and the breakfast was on point. Our room was clean and quiet the whole we stayed there.
This was a quick weekend trip to take in a concert at a location within walking distance. The hotel exceeded our expectations with clean rooms, excellent included breakfast options and an outstanding attached restaurant. We would stay here again and recommend it for couples or families to stay.
This hotel was located less than a mile from the Phoenix Convention Center, great for conference access. They also have a great breakfast, a nice bar and restaurant, and an ice and water station on every floor for filling up before you start your day. The room was super clean, new and nice and cool. My favorite, if you have a roommate, is the solid door on the bathroom-no sliding barn door, which seems to be a trend on remodeled hotels. Staff was also great and very helpful. I will stay here again for the next conference I attend.
Everyone was very helpful as always, from the Valet to the front desk to the snack bar. Great location. Walked to a concert and back, very safe all the way. I've stayed at this Hyatt a few times always a good time.
I was there for a conference. My room was ready when I got there. Very clean and for the most part quiet except when cars with loud mufflers would drive by. Continental breakfast was good, could use a little bit more options. Wished that there was a hotel shuttle to the airport too instead of relying to catch a cab or Uber.
Came down to Phoenix for a conference and stayed at the Hyatt Place because the regency was sold out and am loyal to Hyatt. If that’s the case next year, I’ll be looking outside of Hyatt for sure. Checked in on a Sunday evening around 6pm, so by far not a busy time. Was told I was unable to leave my car at the valet for 5 minutes or so while we unloaded the bags to bring inside, even though there were no other cars and we had to wait about 15 minutes or so to check in. Don’t think I need to mention the heat. Pretty much crappy from there in out. Was not informed room service needed to be a day head and when we did our room wasn’t cleaned. They closed breakfast 10 minutes early and wouldn’t bring out an items that were empty and this might be a new thing but I couldn’t believe they didn’t have coffee stations set up in the lobby. I know COVID has caused a lot of issues but we get more of unwelcome guests in a strangers house rather than a hotel we paid to stay in.…
The hotel is well situated for attending any events at Chase Field, Orpheum Theatre, The Federal (I think that’s the name), Footprint Center. Rooms were clean & had no carpet (a bonus in my opinion), breakfast bar was good & had gluten free options. The hotel restaurant, Adam’s Table, has a few GF options on their menu but you have to be aware of cross contamination with a couple of items. (Deep fryer) We were there for 6 nights. Rooms are not attended to daily as we found out (ours was attended to after 3 nights). Not a huge issue but nice to be made aware at check-in.
