I don't like to travel to Phoenix in the summer, but a business obligation made this necessary. i was very pleased wth the service and quality of the accommodations. I used to live in Phoenix many years ago and knew of the hotel, but had not had reason to stay there. I would stay here again.

Everyone at this hotel is in a good mood...what happy and helpful staff! We were super early and the desk worked hard at getting us a room to get checked in early. When we left, they made sure we were able to have a late check in to accommodate our schedule AND they were super nice about every part of...

This is a small Hilton, allowing for a more intimate feel. The bed was so comfortable. Big deep outdoor pool and large hot tub. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle service within a five-mile radius.

Since the day I booked my reservation, everything was perfect! Our group of six was able to have an early check-in before going to our conference location. Rooms were in perfect condition and we had absolutely no issues during our stay.

The hotel is of the high standard that is expected of Hiltons, the staff was courteous and attentive. A shuttle is offered for rides within a five mile radius. There are a few eateries within walking distance. The Light Rail is nearby, which takes you downtown, Tempe, Mesa and the airport. 2USD one way or 4USD all day pass, clean,...

Hotel is very clean. Great breakfast staff are very friendly and polite. Had no problems. Rooms were as expected nice. Close to down to phx. However parking was an issue if you were returning late at night.
