Thanks to Daron, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It was easy with kids, they can enjoy going in the pool while the adults relaxes in the hot tub!! And to eat we just go downstairs to Tranquilo, pretty awesome guacamole!!

Not sure but a call to the hotel will generally allow and 18 or older to check in with proper instructions. I called several hotels during my son's college years so he could stay to cover sporting events.

The pool remains open all year- call the hotel to make sure it’s not closed for maintenance.

There is no concierge, however, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The Uber ride was around $15, a short easy trip. Hope this helps!!
