In Short.. Checked In: 7:03 PM, Checked Out 7:08 PM. Our trip lasted 5 minutes. In Long.. Once we turned off the highway it was a downhill slope. The surrounding area was very sketchy and it was not surprising that the Motel was placed directly opposite a high security prison. It did not require rocket science to work out that...

Stayed here 5 nights back in June while working in Phoenix. Very convenient location close to downtown and freeways. I was short on money so I booked here. You simply cannot beat the price. Make sure to book on a site, it's cheaper than walking in. I was expecting a subpar dirty room for the price but was pleasantly surprised...

We booked a room through booking.com. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled (by whom, no information - it wasn't us). We had to go find another room last-minute which was very inconvenient. The next day, we were informed that the motel filed us as a "no-show" and charged us $25!!!!! There were 3 other people...

I had no problems with this place but didn't feel 100 percent safe but everything went well, just needed somewhere to spend the night which worked out. But there is one thing It did bother me is that is not called "Rodeway Inn" which confused me a lot, it's actually "Airport Inn"

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE STAYING HERE. The staff was awful. The front desk person check us into a room where it wasn't even clean. So we had to wait even longer to "clean" the room. The area in which it is in is horrible. People coming in and out of rooms constantly and noise throughout the night. And btw,...

This is located just a few blocks from downtown Phoenix with many shops and restaurant a 5-10 minute walk away. Rooms are basic but sufficient, w/ wifi, TV, and mini fridge. There's a little continental breakfast in the morning with coffee, waffles, fruit, and fresh orange juice. Nothing fancy here, but a convenient, cheap motel with a great location!

A nice place to stay right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The rooms are very clean, well taken care of, and quiet. It is safe, and there is parking available in front and behind the hotel. The breakfast is great, and the Manager Mark is very friendly and accommodating. The price is very reasonable, and I can't say I...

I was attacked by a group of 4 men right outside the Inn while staying at it. Jose M, the "general manager" laughed in my face when I asked for my money back because of the way the staff treated me and called me a liar for not calling 911 immediately instead of seeking another safe place for my girlfriend...

This is the Inn most unlikely stay again. When I open the room door,I was welcome by nasty smell. I don't know the reason of the smell but it was surely there. Aside from smell, water supply from the shower was awfully poor and water was even cold. It recalled me of my experience at Army Guest House in Hanoi,Vietnam...

Why any travel agency would have this in their list of hotel/motels only means they've never seen it or stayed in it. It is in the ghetto, looks like an old prison, and is the perfect location for a Hollywood movie portrayiing a location for drug transactions, prostitution, and murders. Down the street another mile are decent affordable hotels where...
