I went to Phoenix to see my cousin play baseball for spring training, we stayed at this hotel because a friend of ours recommended it. When we arrived pilo took care of us and mentioned the new remodeled rooms for the price, we took it. The pool was refreshing and it's in a great location because of the restaurants and... More

All I have to say is that in joy my stay. Thank you Pilo for up grading my room to a deluxe. I don't know how people complain about the upgrade rooms. I was very happy with mine. When I come back I will ask for a upgrade room.

The stay was very relaxing for me. Mother of 4 able to take kids out to pool and relax while the kids played outside. Grass area where they could run around with each other while I tanned. A much needed day off!

I had the recent misfortune to spend 2 nights at this so-called hotel and I can say with absolute certainly it is not a mistake I will ever repeat. This place was the host hotel for a local tournament in which I was competing which was the reason I booked a room. Major error. My spouse is handicapped so the... More

Morning Dave S, Thank you for your recent tripadvisor review. I am very sorry that we did not have a handicapped accessible room when you checked in. It's a real shame you didn't make contact with me when you arrived as I have a number of good general manager contacts at the other hotels around here and we could have... More

The staff is wonderful! They treated my kids and I so nicely, going out of their way to make us happy. The price is also great, considering I'm here during spring break! I will definitely stay here again, in fact I very much am looking forward to it. They are mid remodel - some rooms have yet to be made... More

The staff was great, the pool was great and the location seemed to be right in between everything! However the rooms were more like a motel 6. We are big on nice linens and down comforters just bc we are spoiled to that. One of our beds was a little creaky and hard and our family fought over who got... More

Conveniently located across from the light rail, this place is reasonably priced with great service. It appears to be undergoing renovation (for example, our room had no carpeting), but it does not disturb your stay. I hope it remains reasonably priced after the renovation. Nice, quiet pool, but no bar service.

Our stay at Hotel 502 was perfect! The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful too. We walked next door to Southern Rail for dinner - highly recommend it! We will stay here again next time.

Afternoon Steve L, Wonderful to receive your review. Is your city name after Dublin Ireland? The hotel was delighted to be the official hotel for the AGRA Rodeo over the weekend of 14/15 February.
