A good quality Hilton, very roomy feel to it, especially in the open plan atrium. Its just a bit north from the centre but well served by light rail and buses and it also has an excellent free shuttle. Small pool adequate for a plunge after a hard day.

We came for a family visit and had to take this hotel because there were very few rooms left due to spring training and spring break. It's a decent hotel in a ok part of town. I was never nervous to be on the grounds but I'm not sure of the surrounding areas. We did find a mall with restaurants...

This property is pretty well central-Phoenix and is pet-friendly, only charging $25 for a non-refundable pet fee as of the time of this writing. That said, you will have to find a spot *somewhere* to walk your buddy, as there's not a clear area for that, but there's plenty of places to be had. Good rooms, spacious, but the whole...

We loved the hotel, the staff, the room, the service. Food service was better than most hotel services. The staff was unfailingly polite and attentive. The location put us in the center of the cactus league games we enjoyed.

Great hotel, spacious, mini fridge, microwave, nice living area. Roomy bathroom, nice bedroom. The only thing was, no valet, parking in the garage next to the hotel was a little inconvenient, as the gate was sometimes broken and our ticket out did not work sometimes. Internet was kind of slow. Overall though, was a great stay.

overall this is a good hotel, but if your a gym rat, do not stay here, gym inside hotel is a joke, everything else is excellent, my stay here was excellent but again with the exception of the gym. there is a bigger gym across the parking lot but closes at 8 pm, which does me no good since i...

The good--room was spacious. The bad--cleanliness an issue, missing amenities an issue, parking an issue. The restaurant/bar was actually quite good--wine, food and service--no complaints there. Also, the gift shop was closed on the weekend-must not be the hotel's busy time.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to leave a comment about your experience. I truly wish things would have gone better for you. As usual our stay was was quite nice. The hotel location make it is to get to the surrounding areas of Phoenix. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have made this hotel our choice when visiting Phoenix for Spring Training for the past 6 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Stayed at this Hilton hotel because it has a very good location in downtown Phoenix. I was on a business trip and this hotel met my needs. The overall experience was good, but not worth the money spent. The feel was very run down, even though the hotel was clean and the staff are very professional. If I had paid...

Loved staying at this hotel for four nights for business. Very friendly, very quiet and no problems. Good mid-town location. 20 minutes from everything. I would go back. The only negative is the fitness center off to the side of the pool. Very hot and humid. However, guests can use the gym just across the way for free, which was...
