The heat didn't work in the room, there were pet stains on the carpet, and the sink backed up in the bathroom. I tried I notify the hotel of these issues, but no one answered the phone when I called from my room. My colleague also had troubles with his room and service, and asked that the General Manager call...

Friendly and helpful check in, beautiful room and I sat down to do my hour of business email catchup. Alas, the high speed INTERNET was $15/day for the fast stuff. I respect your right to set prices however you choose, but that was way too high for me for an hour the first day and 15 minutes each day thereafter......

The person who helped me in my "to-go" orders was no help and apparently she was the restaurant manager. Both times I ordered my order took at 25 minutes to 30 minutes to get to me and the restaurant was by no means "busy".(first order was a bagel and a side of corner beef hash; second order was turkey sandwich...

We stayed at this hotel during a soccer tournament weekend. The room was quiet, the hallways were peaceful, and we enjoyed the pool, especially the water slide! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were all very helpful and courteous.

I stayed here recently on business. I base the 4 stars on price and service...I'm sure there are many better hotels in the area, though at a much higher rate. The room itself was a 3. Clean and comfortable but old and nothing too exciting. But there were a number of things that I liked about the hotel (besides price)......

This was the second time we stayed at this property as my daughter is considering Grand Canyon University.
