This was the second time we stayed at this property as my daughter is considering Grand Canyon University. This hotel is closer to the campus than any of the hotels they recommend on the GCU website, conveniently located on the highway. Upon an early checkin they did not have the room I reserved, so they upgraded us for free, (I... More

We stayed at the Cresent 5 nights for a convention and enjoyed our stay very much. It is an older hotel right off the freeway that has been upgraded. The best part of the stay was the very friendly, helpful staff-- especially in the restaurants. The Bistro is the best, excellent food for dinner and breakfast buffet. Maria at breakfast... More

We stayed two days for a Steel Guitar Show. I paid a few dollars extra to have access to the Private Lounge area on 7th floor close to our room. This gives 24 hour access for soft drinks, water and snacks. (Alcohol is available at an extra cost.) A Continental Breakfast each day is included. We received two $10.00 vouchers... More

For several years now we have stayed at the Sheraton Crescent on our way to our annual visit to Grand Canyon. In recent years the air conditioner has been very noisy, and this past April we also had a clogged sink and a threadbare easy chair, suggesting to us that the hotel is (or was) in decline.
