Great check in experience (which was such a refreshing contrast to the crappy experience we had at the Biltmore Hilton). Mateo was polite, gave us relevant information & was personable. The coffee shop was just perfect with really good customer service. I’m room dining was efficient and good quality breakfast. I also use the gym across the building, it was clean and tons of workout options. Overall this has been the best Hilton in the Phoenix area in terms of service.

Patty at the front desk was so welcoming and made it special for us!!! Thank you patty! Apparently we didn’t have a room saved and it was my daughter birthday. We were devastated, but she helped out and found a beautiful room with a pool view.

DON’T DO IT! This resort is an old motel. The rooms/suites have 1970’s thrift store furniture… and it’s beat up. Sofa is stained, carpet raveling apart. I can see light on corners of my suite door. which means bugs and critters can come in the room. Not sure how this so called resort is rated 4 stars. Definitely not , more like a 1 star. I’m sick that i paid this much money for this resort. I’m not even comfortable sleeping here. I will be in full gear head to toe!

My family went this past weekend to celebrate for my nephews birthday. When checking in the front desk informed my sister that the suite is right in front of elevator. Which was great and we were excited because of the convience it would be for us. Staff member forgot to mention it was down for repairs..we found out the hard way which was a bummer. Room was clean. Toilets need to have their plumbing checked out. When flushing it seems to go down very slow almost to the point of seeming like the water was going to come up and flood. Mountain views were beautiful. Now onto the water park. Very small I was expecting more but my kids enjoyed the pool. Now the WORST part. The waterslide. Staff did not seem to have safety as a number one priority. One staff member at the top would let one person go down and before they got to the bottom he would send another person down. My daughter who is 5 had a kid way older than her smash into her because of this. Now here's the major issue. My nephews friend had his front right tooth COMPLETELY knocked out. Blood gushing from his face and not one staff member at the water park showed any concern. The staff supervisor even without any knowledge of the situation as he was know where near the slide instantly blamed the child saying he was negligent. Hadn't even spoke to the child nor staff members at the slide but started accusing this 13 little boy who was in complete shock and in pain. I asked the staff supervisor to please close down the slide so we can look for his tooth and if they can help as well. His reply was " well chances are his tooth has already been sucked up" absolutely no concern. I asked for names and numbers to which we can make a complaint and follow up on the situation and as he was writing down information to provide me Patrick tah rudely stated he is not to do that. So the paper was torn. Thankfully his tooth was found at the bottom of the waterslide pool by one staff member. And handed to my sister in one of their water cups filled with the pool water. There was nothing at the point we could do about it. There security team came to treat him but other than helping him with the blood nothing they could really do. Staff was completely unprofessional during this situation. Showed no concern for the situation. Had lack of empathy for this child who just lost his front adult tooth. Did not provide good customer service. Staff does not treat safety as a number one priority. My sister spent ALOT of her hard earned money to with hopes to give my family a great weekend and to celebrate my nephews 13 birthday at this Hilton and we were let down horribly. They have not reached out and we will get justice for this little boy!!! Shame on your staff members including the higher ups who have not reached out to show any concern for this situation. Never again will my family go here again. Be AWARE and please be safe ...…

The place and the scenery was amazing. Kayla at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful when I called to check on our reservation prior to arrival. Patty at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. She was awesome and was able to upgrade us to an amazing suite. I highly recommend staying here!

Great hotel in a good location also near the lovely Mexican Aunt Chiladas. Loved the river ranch aqua park - great pools and good food! Nice spa and good yoga sessions by Lauren. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in took only seconds. I was given a ride to my hotel by a staff member. The property is beautiful and centrally located. The room was spacious, charming and clean. I had a great nights rest the entire stay. What I enjoyed the most about the room was how quiet it was during the night . This is rare for me,, usually I hear my neighbors on the other side of me when I stay at hotels. Lastly, dining at the on-site restaurant -Hole in the Wall, was amazing. The food was delicious. I was surprised by how cheap the food cost. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
