I read the reviews and thought , well maybe I should go somewhere else, but I'm glad I didn't. From the time we entered the hotel, the staff was awesome! The bellhop/doorman was all over our luggage nd even gave us bottled water at the door. The check-in staff were very friendly and attentive. Your department heads are doing everything...

We've stayed here on previous trips to Phoenix, and the location is still good - near Tempe, Phoenix and Scottsdale, but the property is unchanged, and that's a bad thing. The decor is so obviously dated and worn, the bathrooms are so plain, boring and ceramic (no granite, not enough space for 2 people's kits). The beds are lumpy as...

I stayed here for a buisness stay. Very outdated hotel. And very expensive for the stay. No jacuzzi which was the only thing I was looking forward too after a long day of meetings in heels. That and a glass of wine, there is a Small hotel bar in the middle of the lobby. It's an akward location for the...

Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to provide your feedback. We apologize that we did not have the jacuzzi you were looking for. I can appreciate that during Spring Training the price point in the Phoenix area tends to be higher than other times of the year. We look forward to the...

I stayed here last night before an early flight. The hotel is older and could really use some updating, but it was fairly clean. It dies have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 mins..

I often stay at Marriott's lesser brands such as Residence Inn, Springhill, Fairfield but stayed there a few hours for a 0530 flight. Reminded me that the Marriott Main brand is better than the others. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Was not there long enough to enjoy the hotel but nothing negative noted.

Real estate agents would describe this hotel as cozy or it has character. With wallpaper, old bathroom, gold fixtures and dated furniture, the only thing lacking is mothballs to bring back memories of staying in grandma's spare bedroom. I felt like I walked into a time capsule of at least 10 years ago. Very dated. The room was clean and...

The staff are welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We were disappointed with the food and service in their restaurant. The burgers were seriously overcooked and the wait staff overwhelmed. Friends enjoyed their buffet breakfast the following morning though.

Very disappointed. I booked a room well in advance for my daughter's dance competition for two adults and three kids and they stuck us with one king bed and no pull-out couch and want to charge us $20/night for a rollaway bed. I am a rewards member and have gotten nowhere trying to get a hold of a manager to...

We arrived at 12:30 am and left at 8:30 am and a basic room was close to $300 Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. There is a free shuttle from the airport. The wait was about 15 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
