First the pros: The price is great, cant beat it. Also the hotel fit the 6 of us comfortably. Now the cons: At check in they told us there wasn't going to be any breakfast (complimentary breakfast included) because they ran out. We were upset, because we planned our finances with meals and were counting on this breakfast. The lady...

Dirty carpet, my feet were black every night walking bare foot. Tub backed up. Sometimes no towels or wash clothes available. Family of 7 or 8 in room next to us had continues fights with screaming and door pounding going on well into the morning hours. Police cars constantly cruised the parking lot. The only good thing about our stay...

I will never give this place any of my business ever again. I was on such an extremely tight budget and basically had enough cash in hand to drive home with my wife and kids after filling up the car with gas. We had just got back from the AZ DIAMONDBACKS game that we had been given free tix too....

This hotel is getting run down. The only upside is the price. You can get a room through 3rd parties online for next to nothing. But, thats also what you are getting. Pretty standard offering from Extended Stay hotels just in need of some work. Not in the best area but with the cheep price, it attracts it own problem....

Dirty. Tired. Overused. Unkempt. CHEAP THOUGH!! really wish we had stayed at quality inn in Tempe again. Suffered through it though as a really cheap bed on our last night in Phoenix. Pool was cloudy and suspect. THE ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY of this hotel was Kim at the front desk. Efficient, friendly and needs to work for a nicer place!
