25 minutes from Peoria sports complex. Close to all kinds of restarants. Get room on parking lot side to avoid freeway noise. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool was very busy and had no room for us in late afternoon.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

As a longtime Courtyard By Marriott customer I can tell you this concept is superior in every way. The staff really knows how to make a business traveler feel comfortable. I love the 24 hour food and the good beer selection

If you enjoy sleeping on the speedway this is the place for you. Literally, you are a few yards from Interstate 17 with no sound wall. Why would a Hyatt construct a hotel that close to a major thoroughfare without installing triple pane windows. Way overpriced for a Hyatt in an industrial park.

This place is a dump. Our room was over $200 a night (spring baseball training) and I expected at least average. The east side of hotel doesn't have freeway noise and bed was fine BUT this Hyatt desperately needs renovation ( get rid iof aucustic ceiling, paint walls, replace carpet) but in addition, shower water not hot enough, no safe,...

This hotel is very close to the freeway - if you get a room on the freeway side it's hard to sleep. Our room was clean when we arrived but the daily cleaning wasn't the best- hair on the floor, trash left around, etc. It needs some updating and the breakfast was not great. The staff was friendly and helpful...

Great place to stay to see some spring training games. A bit noisy on the west side of the building with the highway right next to it but the staff and the overall location made up for that. Pool a bit small but very clean.

Not too fancy and the walls are really thin, but overall it was a nice stay. The pool was very cold. Breakfast was very nice. The staff missed cleaning our room one day, but we're very nice overall. It was nice to have a bar inside.

Located directly next to the I-17 freeway in Phoenix. Nonstop traffic noise, so don't expect to get much sleep if you're on the west side. We requested the east side, but it "wasn't available". Will never stay here again.
