This B&B is the most comfortable, cozy, welcoming, convenient B&B we have ever stayed in. Lisa and Dawn the owners are lovely, and can they cook! We felt the price was good. The location was very handy... not far from town, grocery, and highways. Highly recommend this wonder B&B.

My husband and I enjoy constant visits. Dawn and Lisa and all the staff, are so comfortable to be around. The grounds are beautiful and restful and peaceful under the pines. All the suites are meticulously designed to give the guests that warm feeling to relax. We find ourselves smiling the whole weekend. The exquisite breakfasts are phenomenal. If you...

This is a very nice property, and I have stayed here once before and but that time found the service much better. It is on the high end of cost. I feel their prices are way to high for what you get in return. What I found lacking was there was no coffee maker in our room. So we were...

Dear Kabad, Unfortunately you picked 1 of 2 rooms in all of our 13 rooms that do not include a Keurig Brewing System with a variety of coffee and tea, small refridgerator, microwave or wet bar. These two rooms, Sage Brush and Palo Verde, are also the smallest rooms on property and least expensive. We apologize that you did not...

I stayed here before and found the people who own this unfriendly and unhelpful. But our time here was short so I let it pass. Second time we stayed I was informed our room didn't have a coffee maker and coffee and snacks were offered before 6 pm and after 7 am. Now the weather is nice and we got...

Tammy, Unfriendly and unhelpful are two words I have never heard as a descriptor for anyone currently working here at Prescott Pines Inn. It saddens me that you feel this way. At check in, we always tell our guests the breakfast hours which vary depending on the day. If a guest has to leave prior to that time, we offer...

I visited solo to stay a few extra days in Arizona after my travel buddies headed out. I stayed in Sagebrush which does not have a fridge but also is quiet because it does not face the road. My room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. However the property is small so all the buildings are close together...

We had a four day weekend in Prescott visiting family and stayed here. What a wonderful peaceful, restful place to stay. The Aspen room was spacious and clean, and the grounds are great for an evening conversation and grilling out. The breakfast cannot be missed, absolutely delicious!

The property and rooms are very nice and certainly a value but the real charm to Prescott Pines is Dawn, Lisa and the staff. They ask you your names at check in and for the balance of your visit, they treat you like you are old friends calling you by name. We were in for our son's graduation and they...

I have never stayed at such a neat, clean and well maintained bed and breakfast. Most suffer a bit from being exposed to trees, woods, etc. This one was perfect! All of the reviews are true. We normally stay in a condo when we are in a place for a week but we plan to stay here. Wonderful owner and...
