This was a very good hotel in a great location. It was just a couple of minutes away from Wiskey Row and right across the street from Prescott's shopping mall. The breakfast every morning was really good, and there was an attendant to answer any questions and to help with our used dishes. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean,...

The room was cozy and clean! The views off of the patio deck were nice. The netted rub and fireplace in the room were nice for a winter stay. The breakfast was great! The location was very convenient to shops and not too far from downtown.

Hotel has a nice look on the outside. Nice rose garden, fountain and pool area. The lobby is very well done grand staircase and so on. The rooms however are a little dated but were clean and cozy. We had an executive suite with a whirlpool tub and stand up shower, fireplace, balcony etc. Overall a nice quiet stay. Next time in prescott...

Stayed this last weekend and as we entered the doors the windows were filty. Then the lobby looked like Goodwill had better furniture and the rooms reflected the same! The decor of mauve and teal really left in the 80's. We wanted to leave but they wouldn't refund our money. No flat screen TV here a 27" old model. Had to...

I stayed at the Forest Villa hotel on a Saturday night in August while attending the bull riding event. The hotel is on the main road entering town and just outside the heart of the town. While on the main road it is on a hill and away from the noise of the highway. It has a very attractive exterior...

We stayed at this hotel based on the "Hotel Reviews" but were not pleased with the breakfast. The eggs were terrible, the sausage wasn't fully cooked and the breads were stale. They only served two cearals, cheerios and corn flakes. You also needed to wait until 7:00 a.m. If you were an early riser or were departing, it wouldn't work....

We have stayed at this hotel several times in past years and always found the breakfast to be lacking. However this time it was so bad that we left and went to McDonalds . Stale breads and pastries, powdered eggs and steamed sausages. If you don't care about the breakfast the hotel has a nice lobby with a european flare....

We lived in Prescott for eight years and always had guests stay in the more "modern looking" chain hotels, or with us of course. We had to stay in a hotel this time as our house sold. This is a great hotel. It is very "unnoticed" by the typical travelar looking for the name brand. This is locally owned and...

This is a very attractive hotel just outside Prescott. It's price appears to be more reasonable than other hotels in Prescott which have a pool. The lobby is very attractive. The rooms are a bit spartan. There is a desk, a round table with two chairs, a bureau, a TV, refrigerator, and of course the bed. There are also two...
