The Scott Resort and Spa has exceeded above and beyond our expectations! They were nothing but super helpful and kind to us through out our whole stay. My friends and I had the most relaxing stay and the amenities and services that they offer made our staycation well worth it. The food, massages, private cabana, and the beautiful hotel were unforgettable, I will definitely come back!
Very quaint, eclectic, fun vibe hotel. The food is outstanding, my hubby had the steak salad 2X! and I cannot speak enough about the staff and service, they went above and beyond. Rooms are very large and comfortable - I would stay here again and again. If you are looking for a place that is not an overcrowded standard resort this is it!
I LOVE The Scott. The gorgeous tropical design aesthetic; the zillions of cubbies, tables, and nooks where you can work, sip, read, or talk; the restaurant with the best Cobb salad I've ever had; THE POOLS (so many areas)... and the people-watching, most of all. This is for sure a place to see and be seen, but for someone who prefers to remain a quiet observer, The Scott is heaven.
The property, staff and cleanliness never disappoints us! We stay at The Scott whenever we are in Scottsdale. The service and the accommodations are exceptional. This boutique resort and spa is a nugget in Scottsdale, AZ. It is located close to Old Town that has many bars and restaurants to choose from. The shuttle service provided by the bell staff is very convenient and appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!
My husband and I were so excited to stay at this hyped up resort. Sadly, it did not live up to the hype in our opinion. The staff at the resort were all very friendly which was great. Our room was very clean and that is a crucial factor when we travel. The bed in our room was one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. It felt extremely worn out and not supportive. Every morning we both woke up in pain. Not a great way to start the day on vacation. The pool area was nice and the first two afternoons we were there it was clean. On our last afternoon we were grossed out by the trash that was literally all over the pool deck from people eating and drinking. Their were used towels in almost every chair making it hard to decipher which spots were open. All of the cabanas were not in use or clean which was sad because we had requested one that morning and told there weren’t any available. I don’t know if they were short staffed that day but the one waitress that was working would not pick up anything. For being advertised as a luxury resort, I would expect better from them. We will be returning to Scottsdale but not staying at this overpriced resort.…
Service was exceptional and the hotel is instagram worthy. Rooms are nice and clean, and the Pool was amazing. Shenoa was our server at the pool bar for a few days and she absolutely killed it. The Scott is a first choice. Anywhere else comes second.
We chose the Scott again because of the location and lovely pool with lots of umbrellas for shade. All of the pool umbrellas were removed for the second day in a row to be used for a private event. This leaves paying resort guest with no shade at the pool. Basically making the pool in useable for those who can’t sit in sun. Management said umbrellas would be back but that did not happen. Poor planning on every level. With so many resort choices in Scottsdale, I will surely choose another place next time we visit.
The hotel has an amazing lobby and pool area. There is also plenty of comfortable stylish seating in the courtyard for enjoying a nice day or night outside. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the hotel even offered shuttle services around town. We stayed in a king patio room, which was very spacious in the bedroom. The only cons are the rooms are not as updated as the hotel website shows. The bathrooms were sacrificed to accommodate such a large bedroom area. The ceilings are maybe 6ft tall. Overall, I would recommend the Scott if you're looking to socialize with friends or enjoy being outside at the pool areas. The bar inside the hotel was great and there was live music in the lobby. The had plenty of seating and fun games spread around the lobby. Would absolutely book again.…
If you have other options, go with them. Stayed here for a girls trip and it was really disappointing. We had a great first day, but the second day we had a wedding party at the pool who took our chairs and moved our stuff. When we complained to the manager - Travis - he said they were paying guests and there was nothing he could do. We were also paying guests. Not an issue that couldn’t have been easily fixed, but they chose not to. If you have the choice to stay other places- please do!
The resort has a smaller intimate feel due to the lovely outdoor space, plenty of shaded seating nooks and gathering spaces. You can gather as a group or find a secluded spot to unwind and be by yourself. There are lots of fountains and water features throughout the property as well. So calming and serene. The staff is customer focused and was happy to help make your stay and experience memorable. We were there for a conference and had several meals on site. The food was delicious - flavorful, fresh and well-prepared, a wonderful change from merely acceptable typical conference fare. The staff worked hard to please the group and they succeeded. Others in Our group rode the resort bikes in the nearby Canal Walk paths and enjoyed that. Lots of good restaurants nearby, hotel will shuttle you within a three mile radius. Uncle Sal’s Italian was small, family owned and delicious! I booked a spa appointment and had a most pleasant experience. I had a body scrub (get rid of that dry winter skin!) with a foot reflexology add on. My masseuse was excellent, targeting areas that I didn’t even know needed attention. I had been plagued with some plantar fasciitis issues and the masseuse worked on that and reduced my pain level markedly. 😊 Tim really had a healing touch. I so appreciate his help! The resort was a pleasant surprise! We would stay here again. Thank you Scott Resort for a great stay.…
