The staff was very nice. There was a good variety of choices for breakfast. The beds were very comfy and there was convenient parking. The hotel definitely has a retro feel which I liked a lot, especially in the breakfast area.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price. The location was good and the restaurant was adequate for our needs. The birds near the pool were fun to look at. The rooms were dated but clean. A very good budget hotel.

This older style inn is a fabulous place to stay in Scottsdale, close to the airport and Old Town. It was built in the era of Frank Lloyd Wright and if u are a fan you'll love it. Decor 60's ish with modern touches, grounds are superbly kept, lovely pool and the Hole in the Rock restaurant has an excellent...

Conveniently located little hotel with a retro feel. Clean, safe, friendly staff, but no frills. Bill at the front desk was great. Close to a walking / bike path for a morning or evening stroll. Will be back!

We love staying at the magnuson Papago inn hotel, the staff is always wonderful and polite and helpful. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Amy always has a smile on her face as she speeds through the property. When we stayed this time the restaurant was open, it was our first time and I must say I was disappointed. We...

We are a RV store in Scottsdale. You always send our customers here as it is cheap and very clean. Everyone that has came back to pick up their RVs we're always talking about how great the staff was in the cleanliness of the rooms. Would definitely recommend it!!

Found this cute little retro place online. LOVED the vibe and the attention to detail in the remodel. The price was the turning point--amazing value, including coupons for meals. Everyone was friendly and helpful, rooms clean & comfortable--but the big surprise was the lush garden grounds around the pool. Just what we came to Arizona for!

We came to Arizona for 2 weeks to visit family. First we stayed at talking stick and then at a huge Marriott (we always stay at a Marriott) My nephews Wife found us this Hotel for our second week because we were worn out! And our vacation was, so far very pricey. I'm telling you, if you want to just...

I read another reviewer say that people who give this place a good review don't travel a lot? I've worked on three continents and lived in several metropolitan cities including Phoenix. This is a gem of a little Motel for the price! It has a serious little retro vibe as it is a 1960s Motel which has been renovated. They...
