We have stayed at Marriott Courtyard-Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale for three weeks this year. Each time we were very pleased - they do a fantastic job in caring for their guests- many of whom are elderly and most have an ailment of some sort. The staff is very friendly- quickly knowing you by name- and always accommodating to your needs....

This was our second time visiting the area and coming back to this same hotel. Everyone was very accommodating for us, right from the front desk agent, housekeeping and maintenance and of course the Bistro. All get 5 stars in my book. The place is very clean and inviting. Even used the gym on the property, very impressed with the...

This hotel does a great job of making sure all guests are comfortable and cared for. Many of the guests are there for the Mayo Clinic and can be a stressful time, the hotel is very clean, peaceful and the staff does a great job taking care of your needs. They helped me with a later then normal checkout, offer...

This hotel is immaculate both inside and outside with the beautiful desert landscaping. It's located right next to Mayo Clinic and you do have to drive a couple miles for other businesses, but it makes up for it in comfort. The Bistro has a nice selection on menu--great oatmeal!

We stayed here for almost two weeks while a family member received care at the Mayo Clinic. The staff was extremely kind and understanding of our situation. They were willing to assist whenever possible. The shuttle to the clinic was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the Bistro offers reasonable meal options. We plan on staying here again.

I selected this hotel because of the proximity to Mayo Clinic. We've stayed here before, during the renovations (which was miserable) and I almost selected the cute boutique hotel down the street, but when I called in and asked if they had breakfast in the lobby, the lady said they did. So I figured I'd pay $20 more than the...

Went to visit my sister who lives nearby for a quick trip on a Friday check in and Sunday departure. The hotel is very well kept and very quiet maybe because it was a weekend. My only complaint is there is not complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. You either have to purchase it from the bistro or use the awful...

Hotel is nestled in beautiful dessert mountainy backdrops of Fountain Hills. For shear magic of nature, wildlife and cactus, this hotel offers a relaxing chill place to stay and get good rest. Staying here a week recovering at Mayo, I grew very fond of my routine: daily sunrise stretch behind the hotel, breakfast, in between rigorous Mayo treatments Id walk...

This is a very up to date property, has a resteraunt and Bar so if you have been traveling and don't want to go out they have everything you need. The Shuttle was very convenient and on demand. Friendly staff and you could walk to Mayo Clinic if you wanted to. Really nice outdoor area for relaxing at night as...

I have become spoiled by Marriott's Residence Inns. We like those but this property not so much. We have stayed here three times for the convenience of the location. Each time we slept in a different room and each room was identical. Plus each bed was identical, uncomfortable. The staff is friendly and they do all they can to help....

I am so sorry we weren't able to meet expectations, I will look into the mattresses because they are brand new. We pride ourselves in exceeding expectations so we will focus harder on doing that. I'll agree with you that our staff is great! Thank you for staying with us.
