We were in the Casitas and they provide plenty of room but are based on an open floor plan so shower is open. However, they will provide a shower curtain if asked for. If they do not have them in stock they will go out and buy one. Customer service is very good. Their toiletries are heavily scented but they...

Recently stayed for 3 nights and like many others enjoy working out. Learned very quickly about the outdated, poorly ventilated fitness center with equipment that hasn't been serviced in many years. Of 6 treadmills, 1 worked and all others were easily over 10 years old. When I called the manager about the equipment they said it would be serviced overnight.....not...

While attending the Governance Institute meeting, our group stayed here & it is a superb full service hotel. The grounds are beautiful, quite well maintained & clean. The rooms were quite nice & well appointed. The staff was extremely nice & always had a smile during our 4 night stay. The onsite restaurants are excellent, from the low key Ironwood...

We loved our visit to the Fairmont Scottsdale. There is so much to see and do that you may still be discovering things well into your stay! The food was great. We ate mostly at the Ironwood Grill. Great choices. La Hacienda was truly authentic Mexican food. YUMMM!!! While you are there, spend some time at the spa. WOW! Even...

This resort is just lovely! We were there for Easter and had a great stay. Our room was amazing! Clean and comfortable and it had everything, would have given 5 stars to the room if it had a fridge. Only had a mini bar so no place to store leftovers if you went out. My only complaint...as I said, we...

Beautiful grounds. One large pool in the middle of complex with great attentive waitresses. Two big water slides and kids shallow pool. Restaurants are all great food. Mexican restaurant is very nice, and very expensive, one of the priciest in the area. We have been Vacationing here for over 15 years so the price is now $$$$$. During the holidays...

Went for my husband's conference, but I loved everything about this resort. It was beautiful, a big property, 65 acres in all (with golf course), rooms were well appointed, staff was responsive and friendly, and great pools. Be prepared to walk, but it's easy to get around and fun to explore.

The Fairmont Princess is an amazing property. The rooms are huge, clean, and very well appointed. The walk-in shower is great. Every room had a patio or balcony. The grounds are immaculate and I loved walking around the property and taking in the views and the landscaping. The hotel is nestled within a neighborhood, so there are lots of options...

We stayed in the 2 Gold Suites with our daughter, her husband and children for 1 week during spring break. The rooms are in need of a makeover. The furnishings are shabby and the suites we had were dark and cramped for 2 adults and 1 child in each suite. Pricey for such a small suite. The Gold lounge was...
