My casita with fire pit was newly refurbished, a great size and had a beautiful view over the lawn, pool, hotel and Camelback mountain. Restaurants, golf, gym all very good and the staff were kind and helpful. I had a great time here.

It is a gigantic hotel complex, with a number of swimming pools, restaurants and own golf course. I liked it very much – spacious room, comfortable bed, superb amenities, attentive staff, fantastic views. The only cons are limited number of reception desk staff (bearing in mind the size of the hotel and number of guests it is no surprise I...

Whoa! Let me start by saying that I have stayed in some really nice, fancy pants hotels. So when I say this place blew me away, I am comparing it to some of the top resorts in the world. This place was awesome, let me break it down: Resort Activities: You name it they've got it. A "Funician" club for...

This resort so touched my soul! I was there for business and was checked into a newly decorated room 6168..... the lights twinkling and the view was breathtaking! The staff kind and the room was large with a balcony. The grounds are impeccable and the pools are huge ! The gym was nice and my husband went daily to the...

We highly recommend the Phoenician. The resort is breathtaking and huge. There was so much to enjoy on grounds. We enjoyed walking around the trails and bike riding. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel pampered- top class service. We highly recommend to anyone that appreciates luxurious accommodations and service.

Stayed in a casita with an outstanding view of Camelback Mountain. The room featured a very nice bathroom and was very roomy. The grounds were beautiful and enjoyable to walk around. The service was very good and attentive. The Spa was also an enjoyable experience and the staff was very attentive. Unfortunately did not have the time to play golf...

We decided to go to the Barrett-Jackson auction in January 2016, but only gave ourselves 3-4 weeks to research the right resort because of a last minute decision. Some were way too expensive and others were too far away. I struggled to find a resort to visit in Scottsdale because it appeared that there were so many really good places....

Always nice to visit, last time we visited was over 10 years ago. It has not Changed one bit, good service good amenities all around. Christmas / Holiday Deco was beautiful. They say they will be remodeling the whole reception area in 2017. Looks good as it is. I hope they don't mess it up.

The service is reluctant and fake. They pretend they care but they don't. The food at the lobby / bar area with views is pretty terrible and overpriced. We ordered the octopus which was not fresh. The duck tacos were not that good. The tuna crudo had a weird taste. The salad was the best thing they had. I asked...
