Fantastic resort in a great location. Wonderful views from poolside. The staff in the ice cream parlour are so friendly and the food is delicious. Also a golfers paradise. Love this place and hope to return.

Absolutely EVERYONE at The Phoenician seemed determined to make our stay wonderful. The young women at the Funician kids club treated my son like a favorite little cousin. Waiters were all attentive and warm. The pros at the tennis facility were World Class -- knowledgeable, fun, insightful, encouraging. The pools were lovely, the food excellent at all restaurants (from a...

I stayed two nights spent 2 days with no phone front desk sent someone out twice. Coffee maker broken. Lamp on desk was so filthy it had cobwebs all over the lamp shade I say probably hadn't been dusted in over a year. My mother stayed in another room and her tv was broken. Three nights for a birthday. Perfect location, hardworling staff. Food at Terrazzo turned out to be the best we had this trip. They should have shpwer caps in the rooms. My wife and I spent a great deal of time here last week. We were at a family wedding. It's hard to describe this resort. The trees are actually manicured. The golf course, amazing. The size, wow. The service, none better, the architecture and art, splendid and the wedding, at night and outdoors for 250 guests, unforgettable. The couple, Remy...
