The room was beautiful. We stayed in the Vista Suite. It had a large deck and a great view of the Red Rocks. The bathroom floor was heated, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job to keep the room looking nice. The service was top notch. From the valet, to the front desk staff, to the in room dining staff, they were always responsive and treated us well. We will be back to stay here in the future.

We loved staying here! The location is great and staff exceptional. There was a bottle of wine waiting in our room for my birthday. Everyone was knowledgeable and so friendly! The food was terrific. Setting by the creek really special.

The accommodation was good, bathroom a bit small for 2 people to be in at same time. I felt where lacking was with the dining room staff. We had an excellent waiter the first morning at breakfast, not so much the next morning. We had to wait almost one hour after ordering to have our dinner served and my husband's steak was barely warm and tough. We ordered a bottle of wine from the menu, which only listed a few selections. After we were served the wine I mentioned to the server that I was surprise d that the list was not more extensive and she said.....Oh we have quite an extensive menu, let me get it for you"........Why was this not mentioned when we told her we would be ordering a bottle of wine. The server was never around and the dining room only had 2 other tables. Not acceptable for the price we paid to stay at L'Auberge and the price of the dinner. I do have to say that my fish was good but a VERY LIMITED MENU. I had told my husband that we would be having a 6 course meal for his birthday and when we arrived we were told it would not be served that night. When I made reservations over a month before I verified that the 6 course meal was available and told yes....quite disappointing. Also the hostess at the Sunday breakfast was not at all friendly even when I said a cheery good morning and she said a very dull..good morning, follow me. We won't be back.

This hotel was really great. My wife and I spent our !0th anniversary at this location. The grounds, housekeeping, valet and front desk where all top notch. The front desk gave you a daily text message asking if there was anything you needed or if there where any issues you had. The valet was probably the best part of the stay. The valet would give you a ride and pick you up to anyplace within a mile from the hotel. With the hotels location you are a within a mile of most restaurants and shopping in the area. The entire valet crew did a great job, we had Tyler often and he was very helpful with us. This place is expensive but worth it.
