Stayed there for one night in one of the apartments in the 2 story building. The price per night including the hotel Mandatory resort fees came to $800. The location is beautiful and the service is great The mattress was sagging and the bed creaking. The room is very basic and not luxurious. Comparable to any $250/night hotel. The gym had a single treadmill and a single weight bench, which happened to be occupied by a couple when I went. Definitely not worth the money
L'Auberge Sedona has been one of my favorite places to stay. I have been coming here for years, and when my dog was alive and traveled with me - they were really good to her. They welcomed her by name and always had her favorites in our cottage. The staff, the grounds, the cottages and rooms, the spa and the restaurant and bar - are all 5 star. I Love coming here for some downtime and to recharge! Classy and kind - I love the personal service and attention versus snoody boody attitudes you get at some resorts in Scottsdale. Absolute luxury. Bonus - you can walk up the back way to the town and get some great exercise to the shops, cafes, bars.... and fun in town!
My fiancé and I stayed here overnight as a part of our anniversary celebration. While the property was gorgeous and staff was very friendly and helping when checking in, the service wasn’t there the next day. We had requested the cleaning crew to come over the next morning to our room because there were ants everywhere, which kept us from using the nice tub again. No one ever came even though we were told they would. We also requested help from valet to get our bags and pull up our car, but this also never happened. I’m not sure if this was a front desk issue or each respective department’s issue, but it was disappointing. Gorgeous property, but I’m not sure I’d stay here again for the price. We’ve been to other amazing resorts without these problems. Also—avoid the Gnocci at Cress (restaurant on property), we had it made vegan and it was the worst dish either of us had ever had.…
From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a fantastic weekend. We were met with warmth and a welcome gift. Our cabin was perfect and cozy. The grounds were beautiful (even in the snow!) and perfectly kept. Highly recommend the daily experiences - yoga and sound healing were incredible. Food and cocktails were wonderful. Spa was unique and interactive, relaxing and friendly. Wish we didn't have to leave but will definitely be coming back!!
It's a beautiful place, best to go in the off season. It is a bit pricy, but for special occasion worth it! The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the food at the restaurant. I felt it was overpriced and the food was so-so. It was the main courses that didn't have a lot of flavor. Soup and salad was good.
I came for a girls getaway with my mom and sister. The place was lovely and everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while we were there, so we didn’t get to utilize the outdoor space much. And the facility is definitely built to support outdoor living. Some of the facility looked a little aged, and even though we knew it would be expensive there was still some sticker shock on certain costs. But the classes were well done, the facility is in a beautiful spot on the creek, and we had a lovely time.
We came years ago on our honeymoon & loved it so much we came back! Excellent food at Cress. The entire L’Auberge staff is wonderful. We really loved Norma, our room attendant. She was kind and our room always felt so cozy thanks to her. We also loved the bartender from Ohio (we didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet for making me various pregnancy-friendly mocktails!).
First time staying here and loved it! The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated. The landscape is absolutely tranquil, pretty, well kept. The resort is operated by amazing, well mannered, good people. The valet guys, spa.. Brenda and JJ are wonderful. The restaurant is delicious! Juan and the bartenders are fabulous! I loved the entertainment, great variety of talent. Katie in concierge was extremely helpful. Alexa, in housekeeping is outstanding. And everyone at the front desk and anyone we came in contact with, were all helpful, professional and just good people. I highly recommend L’Auberge, it definitely won’t disappoint, it’s well worth the price.
My husband and I stayed here 1/14/23 thru 1/16/23 for a little getaway. It was our first time staying at L’Auberge and we would definitely stay here again. Cottage was wonderful and staff/service was excellent.
Little did I know our trip to Sedona was more than just a trip. My Boyfriend at the time was planning to propose to me and I had no clue. The Assistant Restaurant Manager Rafael Vieira was beyond amazing and a hero to the entire process. They took us in after a previous restaurant unexpectadly cancelled our reservations and Rafael helped my now Fiance set up everything and placed us in a private room with a beautiful view of the creek. Made my Fiance so much happy and relieved for saving the day on such a rainy icy day. Thank you Rafael and thank you chef for the most amazing, and memorable day ever!
