Stayed for 3 nights.
Room was bit small, faced to a parking so had to keep closing curtains when I was in a room.
Receptionists and concierge was very helpful.
Since I didn’t have a car, I used a bus (bus stop is about 3 min away) , Uber and car service which concierge arranged for me and either way worked fine, to uptown, bus is 1USD, Uber/Car is about 10USD.
Laundry machines for the guest was good after hiking, microwave in the room was useful for quick meal.

We recently booked a weekend trip to Sedona with our two pups. It was a couples trip 3 nights, with our 2 frenchies. We had alternate accommodations with another property the first two nights. The property we booked with was dirty, had no accommodations for our pets and offered a decent rate to work from the property online boasting about WiFi and work from here. We had issues with the WIFi from check in. It continued through our stay until finally we reached out to Sedona Real Inn a neighboring property.

I looked into Sedona Real and learned they too had internet, the property was Very Clean, they offered a dog park for the boys and a very reasonable pet rate a one time fee instead of per night per pet rate like our original property.

I called and spoke to Jaime, she was able to salvage our trip by getting us into a corner King Suite, we had ZERO issues with the WiFi. They offered treats to my boys @ checkin. They provided us with a key to the dog park before our room was even ready. The pool and hot tub area were clean and had separate restroom and shower accommodations so you do not have to trek through the lobby or your room wet.

We woke up the next day and headed over for breakfast, we were pleased to see our pups Lincoln and Jackson were on the welcome board in the lobby for the furry visitors on site. The included breakfast was a variety of fresh cooked eggs, sausage and waffle bar for the day we stayed. There were also fruit and cereal options, juice and coffee. The menu does change and it’s so much more than a cup of yogurt or prepackaged muffin offered by the previous property.

The lobby had some gifts for purchase as well as some last minute need items and snacks where you can purchase or charge to the room. All in all we will 100% stay here the next time we are in town. It’s clean, the staff is beyond friendly. The entire property seemed very pet friendly. The dog park includes picnic tables and a barbecue as well as a sitting area with a fire pit to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of cocoa on a chilly night. We recommend this property to anyone that loves their pups to enjoy trips with them, clean and updated accommodations (our room had a king bed and queen pull out with a fireplace) the pet rate was very fair and considering the pet accommodations well worth the price!

The Sedona Real Inn is in an excellent location on the far west end of Sedona. It's very close to many of the area's trails and provides easy access to points west; e.g., Jerome, Tuzigoot. We stayed in a standard king room. It was a comfortable, clean, fairly large room with many amenities (e.g., microwave, fridge). The bed was pretty comfortable. The two minor concerns with the room was the bathroom lighting was dim, and the air conditioner was relatively loud when the compressor was running. The Inn had a nice self-serve breakfast bar with fresh eggs and a range of other choices. We would have appreciated if the fresh yogurt, which was served in an open bowl, was unsweetened. That would allow each person to sweeten to their tastes. Also, the waffles were on the rubbery side, presumably because of the quality of the batter. The other issues we had were with the level of engagement and service from some of the staff. One person refused to lend us ceramic mugs from the breakfast area so that we could make tea in the microwave in our room. She claimed it was hotel policy and told us we could use the paper hot cups in the room and the coffeemaker to make the tea. We ended up sneaking a couple of mugs the next morning after breakfast. But that doesn't excuse the lack of hospitality. Similarly, when we checked in, we were given the option of a first or second floor room. My wife and I are seniors, and the little extra consideration would have been to offer to carry our bags up the flight of stairs to the second level. The offer wasn't forthcoming. In the scheme of things these are minor, and many of the staff were friendly. But it's too bad when some of the staff don't understand or are unwilling to accommodate their guests. Nevertheless, we would still go back to the Sedona Real because it had a lot going for it and the issues were relatively minor.

Rooms are great size, breakfast is good, staff is friendly, very pet friendly with dog park. If you want to bring your pet, let them know ahead of time because they only have certain room for pets. Building 4, is perfect with a bottom floor room that leads out to a grass area.

When we take longer vacations, we tend to do one of the sites that does condo/house rentals. However, we just weren't finding places we liked in Sedona in our price range. We started looking at hotels and saw Sedona Real Inn and Suites and it seemed to check most of the boxes so we gave it a try. Our experience there was great. Our suite was roomy and very nice. The warm breakfast was very high quality as far as free hotel breakfasts go. And they were very accommodating for our dog, with nice patches of grass and the dog park. The location was very nice also, being in West Sedona it was away from some of the heaviest traffic. If you are looking at staying here, it has our highest recommendation.

The location of this stay was outside the hustle and bustle of downtown at the west end of Sedona . The suite rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people. There is not daily room service unless requested which was no problem at as as plenty of towels were left in the bathroom. The breakfast was more than adequate as they have a Chef that prepares the breakfast meal on site. I will stay here again if I ever get a chance to return to Sedona!

Sedona is expensive. For a family of four with older kids, this was a relatively good deal. The property is laid out like a upscale motel, with two-story blocks of rooms all with external doors and convenient parking. The breakfast was slightly-better than an average buffet. Somewhere between a HolidayInnExpress and a Embassy Suites. The one exceptional plus for the Sedona Real is the family picnic park, where dogs can run and there are picnic tables and a fire pit. It is quite nice and we had a good meal with friends around the fire. The rooms are comfortable, but nothing special except that ours had a gas fireplace which was really nice as the desert gets cold at night in April.

The Sedona Real Inn was both dog and human friendly. Through the many pet friendly hotels we have stayed at this one made our top 5 and we will stay here again our next trip to Sedona. Some pet friendly hotels give their pet friendly room and non pet friendly rooms a different level of attention. This room was in a great location (patio with grass access) and had plenty of space for the pups to have space. The dog park was giant and was well maintained. The staff was great greeting us at the front door and the sign welcoming all the dogs checking in is a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep the Sedona Real Inn on our list next time we need a break from reality. Thank you!

We stayed for two nights and really liked this hotel. We felt it offered great value for the price. It has a friendly, welcoming family attitude. Check-in is fast & easy. Breakfast is prepared and ready to be picked up and eaten at the outdoor dining area or elsewhere. It offers a large pool and hot tub. Linens are fresh & towels are soft & fluffy. The location is convenient to all Sedona activities and they offer a knowledgeable concierge service. This place has all a visitor needs.

Great quality for value. Rooms were clean, comfortable, ample supply of towels were provided. Hotel was within 10-15 minutes of most attractions in Sedona so the location was perfect. They are very pet friendly and even provide a water bowl (souvenir!) and treats upon check in. The pet fee was only $30+tax per stay - very decent compared to some hotels that charge that per night. They have a great dog park as well that has a fire pit where we saw many guests enjoying drinks in the evening. Breakfast was also a nice touch. Loved having a fridge and microwave as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

No trails from the property. We also found that parking lots at the ones nearest it often filled up by 9.30am. However, those that require a drive and are further away (e.g. Fay Canyon) usually have space for much of the day.
