The room we had was amazing. Large and Spacious, with all the amenities! A little library, dinette area, mini kitchen, even included all the utensils needed. (They had a single counter cooktop, we had steak!) The beds were very comfortable. And the weighted style blankets were perfect. The bathroom was absolutely huge, we quickly realized we were in a handicap room. Oddly we have been getting these rooms more often with hotels. Com but anyway, compared to those it was set up nicely. No water leaking into the floors when showering, 2 shower heads at different levels with one being detachable. It was really an amazing room, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel shared property with another hotel, so we had access to 3pools (indoor and outdoor) Spas, activity center, gym. It truly is a hidden gem and is definitely on our saved list! Price point was great, we definitely felt we got our money worth and then some!

I have stayed here three times since 2020 and it is an excellent resort. I keep exchanging from my home resort to this one via Interval International because I have fallen in love with the Sedona area. The first two times I stayed here I received efficiency lock out units. These units are okay for one or two people but do not have a lot of room. This time I exchanged mine for a one bedroom unit. This was spacious unit and has a lot of cool features. There was a nice porch outside of the master bedroom with a view of the red rock mountains. There is a washer and dryer combination unit with a box of Tide supplied. There are two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. There are two pull out sofa beds. The TV in the living area is a Smart TV and had Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and all of the other streaming services loaded on them. There is a Starbucks right around the corner for your morning coffee. Considering the high hotel prices in Sedona, this resort offers good value if you own a time share and want to exchange for this one.

What a fantastic place for a family vacation. We had 2-2 bedroom units that accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. The units were very clean and spacious. Ken was fantastic checking us in, making us feel very welcomed and ensuring that the two units were next door to each other. Plenty of onsite activities for the teens in family. The staff was great in responding to our requests for extra towels or providing general information. The property is close to grocery stores, half a block away from 89A into main street Sedona. We will certainly stay there again!

We absolutely loved this property. We had read mixed reviews and were nervous. Not sure how the units may vary, but we were in unit 210 and it was fantastic.
-unit was clean and very, very spacious -large updated bathroom, including big shower with great water pressure, double vanity -all the amenities we could ask for within the unit
Property amenities: we only used the hot tub, which was great after hiking!
The front office has a windshield cleaning station, which definitely came in handy!
The location is on the West side which was near Devil’s bridge, hot air balloon pick up location and airport Mesa. Near everything you need.
Uptown (main drag) was about 10 minutes away during off season.

We traded our time share to stay here at Sedona Springs Resort. The staff was very welcoming and there was no timeshare presentation pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. We were not familiar with Sedona and not sure what West Sedona was, but there were not many options for trading and booked at this resort; however, they only had a studio available and I would not recommend booking the studio unit. While the unit was more than adequate in size and furnishings, the bedroom for the unit next door is above the studio. The sound proofing is not adequate for this type of arrangement. The people above us frequently were up in the middle of the night and it sounded like a herd of baby elephants was walking across the floor. For five nights we did not have a restful night's sleep. This was unfortunate as we enjoyed everything else about our stay. Unlike many timeshares we've been in, this one provided many of the little things we appreciated. They provide coffee filters, paper towels, and dish soap. There is a nice private patio outside the front door to sit and enjoy a cool drink. The studio also comes equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and hotplate. I wasn't too keen on the hotplate idea. The resort is also nicely located near a Safeway, Wholefoods, Starbucks, and many restaurants. Rooms 210-217 are at the back of the resort and may be quieter; however, they are a distance from the pool. There is a spa near these rooms. I would definitely stay at this resort again, only not in a studio.

This resort is in West Sedona so you will be away from the main shopping area if you stay here. As far as it being a resort-it isn't. There is a pool which I never saw because it is a bit of a walk from some of the units and hidden in the middle of a group of buildings. One evening there was a bombastic, strange guy who brought a telescope and was trying to entertain a small group in the parking area with his knowledge of the stars. I would ask questions and he would ignore them so I left after about 15 minutes. But, really this place is just a group of condos, where every word spoken in the next apartment is easily heard. It is not walkable. There is a health food type store that you can walk to in a pinch but not much else that you could get to safely. I am not into crossing four lane roads with an additional turn lane myself, even with a light. The unit had been updated with attractive paint and tile flooring. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric frypan for cooked at home meals. Wifi is included . The television placement made watching from bed a little difficult as it wasn't possible to pull it into a convenient position. The bedding and room were comfortable.

It was our pleasure to have hosted you at our resort. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences. Specifically, Dennis Young was the "bombastic" stargazing gentleman who get's rave reviews, sorry you did not stay for it to see what he offered. Our location may not be for everyone. We kind of like where we are, close to the shops, but not so close to deal with the congestion that it brings. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, and your feedback is a wonderful affirmation of our efforts. We eagerly anticipate your next visit and the opportunity to serve you again with the same level of excellence. Warm regards, Martin Ebel – General Manager

The suite, equipped with a kitchen, a filter coffee maker (!), a refrigerator and freezer was clean and spacious. We were especially pleased that the cutlery and dishes were not plastic, but metal and porcelain. The WiFi worked perfectly. Parking is available in sufficient number. All in all it was a nice und very clean place!

I am just completing a two night stay at this resort with some family as we travel on a ten day road trip in the southwest. This is a timeshare property and we rented directly from the resort for a reasonable price. We were in a 1 bedroom loft unit facing one of the courtyards. As a millennial who grew up in the '80s and '90s, this place had a charm that maybe only those of my generation would appreciate. You know the place that your dad booked through his friend/travel agent for a family vacation when you were 12? This is that place.
How do I explain ? Well first off, it's no frills but very well appointed. Our one bedroom loft had a half bath, fireplace, full kitchen and living room/sleeper sofa on the first floor and a full master suite, master bath, washer and dryer and a loft upstairs with another sleeper sofa. The color schemes and charm will bring you back to your child hood when there wasn't another worry in the world except the oncoming of Y2K and your parents embarrassing you in front of other kids your age. Some may call a few of the features dated; I'd use the word vintage. Most everything has been updated but the resort's original DNA is still very prevalent. The kitchen cabinet design, the one person manning the front desk who is overwhelmed but capable enough to manage a Fortune 500 company, the housekeeping staff taking tissues and folding them into shapes of animals in the bathroom....I could go on.
This place is extremely clean, better than most places I've stayed. The landscaper is meticulous, the hottubs (or "spas" as they're labeled) have varying color schemes as night. As you relax in them, you'll ponder the wonders of the universe as you gaze up into the stars and listen to the crickets chirping around you. You'll perhaps feel nostalgic about the moments you enjoyed (or didn't appreciate) in the late 20th century.
I've stayed in luxury resorts all over the world and am a timeshare owner in other locations and this place hit the spot for me. Stay here. It's close to everything, it's clean, reliable and has everything you need. This is not a full service hotel, so approach it as such. A big shout out to LeAnn at the front desk who helped me out several times with everything from printing out documents to recommending local hikes. Oh and the resort brought in an astronomer one night in the parking lot for star gazing; that was a treat and a whole separate review.
Only two recommendations - upgrade the sleeper sofa mattress downstairs and start thinking about carpet replacement on the second floor. Little things. Overall, bravo.

Not knowing the area it was difficult to decide where to book and we decided to take a chance on Sedona Springs. We booked and were met by De’Loraine and what a pleasant surprise! She set us right at ease that we had made the right decision! She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us the rundown of the location, explaining the map and what the area had to offer. She is truly a gem! The resort was perfect. Clean, quiet (area is very busy), full fridge, microwave, hot plate, comfortable bed. The hot tub was relaxing and the grounds were neat and beautiful. We did not use the pool or the laundry services. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a one bedroom unit and it was extremely spacious. The unit appeared to be recently updated and was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen was great and the location in west Sedona was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and hikes. Would recommend for couples or families. The front desk and other staff were very kind and helpful.
