We went to Sedona to hike. This hotel was fairly priced and very clean. It was booked but we found it quiet and were not bothered by road noise as another review mentioned. It's not that busy of a road for being a main road. It has a great location for walking to the main areas of town. We enjoyed...

Picked this motel in Sedona for it's price and Tripadvisor reviews. Not a new motel, but was impressed by the room. Great decor, nice furniture. No problems at all. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very roomy. Excellent location, within walking distance of main tourist shopping area and restaurants, easy drive to "local" shopping, Red Rock Park, and other...

I chose to stay here because of the price and that it was rated #3 here on Tripadvisor. I was prepared for a hotel that wasn't the newest or the most "posh". It was clean, comfortable and a very easy access from car to door. You drive right up to the front of your door. The desk help were very...

We were thrilled to find this reasonably priced motel among a batch of much pricier resorts. It was very conveniently located - right on the main drag with lots of shops and restauraunts within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated - it seemed more like a B&B than a standard motel room. The bathrooms appeared to...

I can not even remember the last time I stayed at a drive up to your door motel. This was a great re-introduction for a one night stay. As others have mentioned, the owner (Bill?) made sure you were aware of all the hot spots to see and their locations on a map before you leave the check-in desk. Room...

Sedona is a beautiful town and the surrounding red rock areas are magnificient but it can be an expensive stay unless you stay here. Our room was less than $100 per night and it was very clean. The service was friendly and, like all places in Sedona, wonderful views. Don't waste your money on expensive hotels in Sedona that you'll...

I called to make a reservation and was told that they had a room with two double beds, which they can't allow a family with three children to use. I asked how they accommodate a family of five, and I was told that they "never have guests with three children". Really??? We travel all over the country, and have never...

sedonamotel, Owner at Sedona Motel, responded to this review

According to local ordinances (Fire Codes), insurance guidelines and industry standards, a double room can accommodate a maximum of four (4) people. Sedona Motel cannot compromise the safety of our guests by exceeding this limit.

We came as first time visitor to Sedona a couple of weeks ago and found this motel based on other good Trip Advisor reviews. Besides the view from the motel, which is amazing, the owners were extremely helpful and gave us some great tips on doing some sightseeing and hiking around the area. The rooms were exceptional for a motel....

Great all, the way around, including Bill, who moved west from Maryland (I don'tt blame him at all). The only potential detractor is that the office closes at 9:00pm, which may be an issue for some.
