From the moment you pull into the parking area you'll feel relaxed and welcome. Each bungalow is like having a luxury RV all to yourself. Each unit has an attached deck with a bbq grill, and the kitchens are fully stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you could want for cooking any kind of meal. There's a great little italian restaurant on the property, and if you go on the weekends there's fun live music outside on the patio and dancing, too! There's an activity calendar with daily fun stuff for the kids and mini golf. Swimming pools and the hot tub, too! This location is literally minutes away from great hiking trails, Sedona dining and shopping and Tlaquapaque. Just book this resort, you won't regret it!

resort is located 5 miles south of Sedona Center and 1 mile south of Red Rock National Park, resort has a excellent Italian restaurant due pricey but it's worth a try. Unites are individual small bungalows with parking right in front and are well equipped however furniture and decor are dated, pull out bed mattress was uncomfortable and need replacement. there are no prim TV channels available only basic cable however they do have free DVD library at front desk. staff are very friendly and helpful. pull towels are only available at main pull, it be nice if they have them on their other 2 SPA locations

We had a 2-bedroom unit – which is actually a split unit. The first unit has a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room with a sofa bed. Then you have a deck which connects to the next unit (you get half of the unit) which is a bedroom, bathroom, a desk, a small table with 2 chairs and has a coffee pot. The other half of that unit opens on the opposite side of the building for the next unit. It’s nice if you have 2 couples traveling together, or want more privacy. I don’t think it would work as well if you are traveling with small children.
Sedona Pines is located in what’s called “West Sedona.” Or even a little more west of that, towards Jerome or Cottonwood. We got groceries from Safeway, which is maybe 15 minutes away. There are way too many restaurant options to list.
The front desk is open 24 hours, which is great for late check-in. You can ‘rent’ DVD’s if you need something to watch (you really just sign them out to your unit).
There’s Putt Putt, spas and an outdoor pool, but we didn’t use any of them (it was a bit too cold for the pool, then it closed after 1/1). There is also a laundry facility, which has several washers and driers that are free to use.
Our unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen feels a bit tight, but it has all of the things we needed. They supplied salt & pepper and a few packets of sugar & sweetener, plus some coffee & tea, but not enough for the week. If you are here for a week, housekeeping comes in once to clean and exchange the towels. Since it was just the 2 of us we had plenty of towels, plus with them being exchanged there was enough. We had enough space to store our clothes – there’s a closet in the bedroom, plus a couple of drawers. There are also several drawers in the bathroom for storage.
The towns of Jerome & Cottonwood are not too far to go explore. A day trip up to Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon is also do-able. Make sure to check out things like Tuzigoot, Red Rock Canyon, Montezuma’s Castle, Fort Verde, Bearizona and Palatki Heritage Site.

We have stayed here twice before and a enjoyed it. This time almost everything that could go wrong has. Our welcome email told us there would be a welcome event on Monday and that the restaurant would be closed on Monday. We arrived to no welcome event and the restaurant closed Sunday to Thursday. We had planned to eat there on Sunday after a ten hour drive. On Monday we received a call that the power would be off on Thursday night and we could change rooms for the rest of the week or only on Thursday. Having just unpacked, we elected to move only on Thursday. On both Tuesday and Thursday, our guests had no heat on their side of the bungalow. Today, we have no hot water after 2 phone calls and one maintenance visit so far. Again, it was suggested we could move. When we returned the key after our move Thursday night, we asked for some consideration for the inconvenience. We were given a $25 voucher for the restaurant, and $18.75 of it was taken away on the bill as an automatic tip! Such a disappointment and we won’t be returning.

Very nice and clean resort. They do not have daily maid services so towels and trash needs to be managed by the occupying guests. Because there was a full kitchen (except oven). We ate in a lot and had a lot of trash and was not sure what to do with it. Front desk was great about extra towels, linens and blankets. No towels shoes or clothes are allowed on the deck. We hiked every day in Sedona it made it a little challenging not to make the inside of the trailer a complete mess especially with no maid service to vacuum. There were days we left our wet sandy shoes outside and no one bothered us. The room was a little small for 4 people with luggage and the couch folded out, probably would opt for 2 rooms if we went again. The restaurant attached to the resort was good and we got complimentary margaritas with our meal. This is a time share community so they will try to get you to sit though a two hour sales pitch but they are not pushy and do offer very good tour deals if you go to it. We only had 3 nights in Sedona and no interest in a time share so we did not attend. Free laundry use to guests was fantastic especially since our main focus was hiking. Over all would stay again, had a lovely time.

We stayed in a cabin for 5 nights and were very pleased. The location was away from the crazy busy Sedona proper, close to trailheads we hiked, quiet and clean. We requested a cabin with a bath and the originally had in a cabin with only a shower but they switched us with no problem. Parking in front of cabin. Outdoor seating. Hot air balloons flew over every morning.

We had a 2 bedroom unit, which is different than most places. These units are modular type individual rooms. If you get a 2 bedroom, you will have 2 modulars. 1 with a living room, kitchen (no oven) a bedroom and bathroom and 1 with a bedroom and bathroom. They are small, but that wasn't a big deal to us. They do charge a $10 resort fee, but be aware they will not have the pool, spa or gym open till at least July from what I was told. There was a small play area and mini golf that was available though. The location of this resort is about 6 miles West of town. The good news is it's pretty close to the many wineries, that are around 10 minutes away. Our favorites were Page Cellar winery and Da Winery. Page has wonderful food and a good selection of wine and has wonderful views. Da has beautiful views and rocking chairs outside to bring food in and eat by the vines or water.

The Resort is secluded, quiet and very clean. Three jacuzzies to pick from and a big pool. We had a one bedroom which had a deck with its own charcoal grill facing some mountains. The bathtub/shower was oversized, the fully stocked kitchen has a full sized refrigerator. The laundromat machines are free, the unit came with a laundry basket and a single use laundry detergent and fabric softener sheet box. Great for social distancing while traveling. Their Wifi worked great. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for an RCI exchange vacation getaway, far from traffic but near the trails and restaurants. Accommodations resembled a park model, comfortable seating and bed. Enough room for 4 with the pull out sofa in main living room though this trip was just my wife and I. Kitchen was well stocked and even has a GE Advantium oven although lacked the metal tray to use as a regular oven. You can hear the tranquil sounds of water running throughout the resort through man made streams. Outdoor hot tub was spacious and relaxing, we went to the adult only one, there are two. WiFi signal however was quite poor in the room and throughout the resort which was about the only negative ( less than 4 MPs). We would definitely come back!

Sedona Pines is a wonderful resort located west of downtown Sedona. The facility is spotless and well maintained. Each unit is a small “casita” with enough space for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well stocked and was suitable for making the meals we chose to eat in. We did not attend the timeshare presentation and were not faulted or pestered to do so. When we checked in, our unit was near the entrance and we could hear car noise as we sat on the deck. The next day, after talking with Jennifer, and then the front desk manager Judi, Judi was able to relocate us further back on the property and we appreciated her effort and success in accommodating our needs. We ate at the on-site Italian restaurant, Bella Vita, and had a great meal and outstanding service. Also, the grounds workers took great pride in the facility, with rock pathways raked, fountains cleaned, and grills sanitized….I was very impressed with what they did each day. We toured the local area and enjoyed finding less-travelled trails. The week went by too fast, but the pace and quiet nature of Sedona Pines was perfect for our September vacation…and Judi’s personal attention will ensure our return.

Just a note/ suggestion to my response. Try the Italian restaurant Bella Vita just outside the resort. It is phenomenal, especially the Vitelli Capriccio. I've eaten there 3 times and each time the food was excellent. The resort's Guest Services (concierge) rep will give you a discount coupon for your dinner. Also, Pink Jeep Tours has some awesome tours.

I walked out but my honey stayed through the whole thing. I honestly believe the company is a good investment but I couldn’t stand the sophomoric sales pitch: for instance lots of stupid questions that obviously are a “yes” answer so you will continue with yes answers. During the first hour all the employees stand in line back cheering on the speaker. ....not my thing! We loved the restaurant there.

Yes there is a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers - coin op. There is a pull out couch, I think it would be very "cozy" with 4 adults and one small bathroom.
