Sedona Pines Resort worked VERY Well for us for a two week stay, despite a record cold wet period that dominated throughout. But, as with most things, there were both positive and negative aspects. There were three potential negatives. First, the resort is about five miles from downtown Sedona. This was NOT a problem for us at all, but anyone...

Thanks for your feedback. To address your concerns: Our resort is in fact 5 miles from the city limits and high school, but as you'll find with Sedona our area is spread out and many resorts are in Boynton Canyon, Oak Creek Canyon, or 10 miles away in the Village of Oak Creek. We take great pride in being an...

We own several timeshare properties and selected this facility through RCI for our Sedona vacation stay (the only RCI property available). Small, quaint, neat little place and for the winter time seems very nice for a really dated facility. There was a lot of rot damage to the structures, the remodeling was ok but lacked any attention to detail, and...

Thank you for your feedback. We again apologize for your inconvenience and as you mentioned, we were able to quickly move you into another unit, better suited to your needs. While we understand your disappointment with being offered a timeshare presentation, it is our opportunity to show you our new units as well as our program. For those who are...

The resort is well run and nice! The bungalow we stayed in was very clean. It was well stocked with a galley like kitchen. The place was pretty tiny. My husband and I traveled with two small boys so we thought it would be ok. We were pretty squished, but we spent a lot of time out during the day...

We stayed at Sedona Pines Resort through an an RCL timeshare, and give it a good recommendation. The location is just outside Sedona proper, which is easily accessible, as is Jerome and Cottonwood (both also recommended). The resort grounds are very well kept and tidy, and so was our so-cozy unit, which was comfortable, super clean, and included all the...

A very well maintained property with friendly staff. Houses are clean, fully stocked kitchen. A combination microwave/conventional oven in the house. Modular units are 400 square feet. About 5 miles away from the city of Sedona but close enough to shop and eat in town. Bella Vita restaurant on site is open from 5 to 9 six days a week....

This is a family owned resort and the people there are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The concierge, Teri, helped us plan all our tours and was very helpful in finding us the best price possible. The one bedroom unit we were in was very clean and well stocked. The cleaning staff cleaned the unit twice a week...

This is a really cute and quaint place to stay. We went for our babymoon. Only complaint would be how tiny the place was. I didn't expect it to be quite so small. The bathroom was wonderful and the biggest place in the unit along with the stocked kitchen. Best bathtub ever! If you're pregnant, however, to may have complaints...

Thanks for your review, and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed yourselves! If space is a consideration, we would recommend our sister resort Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge as it offers more floor space for those requiring more "elbow room".

The concierge made this trip fantastic!! We met with them immediately after check in and finalized our excursions. They help us steer clear of 1 stop we had planned to make that we were glad later we didn't. The rooms themselves were quite small, but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was excellent!!

The accommodations are adequate and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to be aware of the location of the place you are staying. Our unit had a view of the dump site out of the bedroom window and there was a barking dog from another property not associated with Sedona Pines that started at 6:00 am every morning and never...

Thanks for your review. The referenced "dump site" was a cottage that was in close proximity to the resort trash dumpster. We would certainly have attempted to move you to another cottage, and especially due to the barking dog. Additionally, our front desk staff could have called in a barking dog complaint since we have barking laws in our county...
