This hotel was in a great location near many restaurants and shops plus a lot of the local attractions. The views were beautiful. Even though it was cool, we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool one afternoon. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we required as a family of four with young children. I was able to...

The only reason to book this Hyatt over an AirBnB or VRBO is if you absolutely need a pool. Otherwise, you are paying a lot more money than those websites and not getting much in return. There is no food on site, so you have to go food shopping right after you check in (or eat out 3 times a...

Second visit, had room on ground level, Not as nice as having one on second level because the view are amazing. The pool and hot tubs are fabulous, with all day views of mountains. The shopping and restaurants where also great and within walking distance to town.

The hotel location is great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We only stayed 2 nights. They do not offer room cleaning service unless requested, which was ok for us. There's no dining facility, which again was ok since the shops and restaurants are walking distance.

We stayed here in June 2016 and it was perfect for our family. I was worried about staying here because of some mixed reviews but the location was wonderful!. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the views were amazing. We took a Pink Jeep tour and they picked us up right from the Hyatt lobby....

Positives - Great location. Nice views. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and in working order. Staff was nice. Negatives - the mattress was terrible. The timeshare discussion went well over the 1.5 hours. I know they provide a flashlight, but more lighting is needed along walkways.

This place was perfect for myself, my husband and two daughters (ages 20 & 23), vacationing between Christmas and New Years. I wanted more than just two hotel rooms. I wanted our own shared space where we could eat or just hang out together comfortably. I also wanted a decent fitness center, an outdoor hot tub, maid service, parking, a...

Lovely property, excellent staff, wonderful location and nice rooms. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The adjoining shopping area has restaurants and a few shops, but it is also within walking distance to the downtown part of Sedona so many mire options are available.

I picked the Hyatt based on other TripAdvisor reviews and it did not disappoint. Traffic in Sedona during winter break is horrendous - 2 miles took 53 minutes! So, being able to park our car at the Hyatt and then walk to everything we wanted to do - or be picked up there by the tour companies - was awesome....

So this was my fourth stay at the place. We go every year in December. This year was no different. Let me begin with the hotel. It had studio with kitchenettes or 1 bedroom with full kitchens and washer dryer. Good kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to cook a good meal. I love cooking elaborate meals and it...
