We just spent two nights in the White Dove room this past weekend and cannot say enough good things about this hotel. This was our first time in Sedona and it was such an amazing place - but made even better by having such a wonderful place to stay. The hotel room was so spacious and comfortable, the view from the balcony was wonderful - and the hotel has truly thought of every possible thing to make their customers happy!

We received a fully stocked refrigerator of waters and sodas and supplies for the freshly baked bread that was offered each day in the room. They also provided a basket of snacks in the room and the ability to get more waters at any time from the main refrigerator by the breakfast tables. The breakfast made daily was out of this world and they were very accommodating to substituting for vegetarian items - even vegetarian sausage patties! Each day we were offered a first course of a muffin/scone/fruit and then a delicious savory/sweet main breakfast combo consisting of an omelet/fruit/sausage or waffles/scrambled eggs/sausage. Coffee was delicious and there were many options for juice choices. All of the employees we encountered were so helpful and friendly and we felt like we were so comfortable and at home on the property. The location is great to all of the amazing hikes and restaurants/shopping in Sedona. They even gave us a complimentary Red Rocks parking pass when we checked in. We will be back soon and would never even think of staying anywhere else!

We stayed in the Hacienda Villa over spring break for about a week with 2 adults and 2 kids. I had really struggled with our decision to book at Adobe Grande Villas, vs something more "traditional" such as the Hyatt Residence Club, but the reviews finally sold me. We tend to always stay "20 minutes outside of the main resort" so the location was perfect for us, given that it was JUST outside of the hustle and bustle of Sedona; we had a rental car. The Hacienda Villa was just as pictured; we loved having the fireplaces in every room as it was cool in the spring; we loved the smell of fresh bread as well as the provided snack basket; breakfast downstairs was a nice option. The pool was closed as stated this time of year, but we did use the hot tub and towels and drinks were provided. The only thing that would have made this villa better is if the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds instead of 1 bed; also there was a regular early morning trash pickup or some other noisy activity just outside of the master bedroom on a regular basis. Very unique comfortable fun stay in Sedona!

Adobe is one of the best resorts in Sedona, hands down. Especially if you’re looking for more of a boutique experience over a bigger hotel. Each room is unique and so uniquely designed. The small details stand out so much compared to some of the bigger resorts. We haven’t stayed at all of the bigger resorts in Sedona, but the small touches like homemade bread in every room, the gourmet breakfasts, pool towels provided at the pool, and free bottled water and snacks are just such nice touches. Their smaller size makes it a homey feel and keeps the noise down. Love the pool and hot tub as well.

Our family of 5 (wife and I, three sons ages 16, 18, 20) stayed in the Silver Spur Villa at Adobe Grand Villas a few days ago for one night. Our villa was a two floor villa with two large bathrooms, two king sized beds, a twin sized bed and a kitchen. Multiple working fireplaces, beautiful decor, and when we came into the room there was a loaf of bread baking that was just about done. What a nice touch for check-in! All sorts of drinks and snacks were complementary. Breakfast was in their main building and we had omelettes that were outstanding.
Really, everything from the big things to the small details were outstanding and first class about the hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable, wifi was good.... the only quibbles were that the first floor (where the boys slept) has a lot of windows and so it did get reasonably bright in the morning (but our room upstairs was darkened), and the water pressure wasn't quite as high as the impressive shower heads might have suggested. But overall, this was a spectacular hotel and we'd love to return some time.

We absolutely loved our one week stay here. Our villa (Cactus Flower) was huge and beautiful. The artwork alone was a treat. We used the whirlpool several times, and my wife used the outside pool daily. Our room was well stocked with snacks and beverages. It was great to sit on our balcony and not see a parking lot. Property is beautifully landscaped. Only down side is there were like 22 steps to climb to our room. The location in quieter West Sedona was great - we never heard any noise - our room was such a peaceful sanctuary.
The daily breakfasts were to die for! Every day was a new culinary treat. Staff was super friendly and took care of any requests rapidly. It would have been nice if breakfast was a little earlier than 8:30.
Highly recommend Adobe Grand to any couple looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in Sedona.

We spent three nights here in January and stayed in the Twin Kyody room. We picked the Adobe Grand Villas because we were doing some hiking in Sedona and wanted a place that was much nicer than the typical hotel chain but not as expensive as the resorts with golf courses and spas we weren’t going to use anyway. Adobe Grand Villas was the perfect bridge between the two.

Our huge room faced north, and the lovely little balcony was unusable because of the snow blanketing it, but in warmer months it would be great – it overlooks a parking lot but it’s very private vs some of the balconies that face into the resort. The bed and armchairs were very comfortable, the bathroom enormous. Wifi was great.

The entire resort was very quiet. The landscaping was very pretty, and the swimming pool and whirlpool (neither of which we went into, although we did see one intrepid person hanging out) are heated in the winter. We appreciated the proximity of the resort to the Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock hiking trails.

The breakfasts were really nice, and copious snacks/beverages in the room were replenished daily; we also loved the delicious afternoon cookies and the full tea and coffee service in the lobby. Staff were all super friendly. The resort doesn’t serve any liquor but you can bring in your own.

There were a few quibbles we had but nothing egregious enough to profoundly affect our stay: the bathroom lighting above the sinks was very dim; some of the stuff in the rooms was aging a bit (for example, the fireplace next to the dated tub gave off a flame equal to a large-ish birthday candle, the timer on the other fireplace got stuck a few times, the carpet seemed a bit dated). Cleaning service was excellent one day but the other day the person forgot to replenish a lot of things so we needed to call over and get that taken care of. All minor details, and we chalked it up to staying more at a smaller privately owned resort vs. a large corporate place.

All in all, we very much enjoyed our time at the Adobe Grand Villas, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a similar stay in Sedona.

If you have ever worked in hospitality, you will be blown away by the rooms amenities, details, comfort and efforts deployed to make each little features make you feel at home, a very cosy charming home! Rooms are incredibly spacious : chain hotels junior suites can be jelaous!
Very well situated and quiet.
It is a top notch service exquisite taste of the independent hospitality industry. Views on the red rock is partial, but well compensated by the peaceful welcoming villas. High ceiling, gaz fire place, large patios, very large bathroom, 120% of the amenities found in the 5 stars hotels ! We picked an independent hotel to cut off from everything. We wanted to get this feeling: attended but not over covered, we wanted to be away from the resorts feeling, mass vacation and it was a brilliant choice.
Breakfast is excellent, they even make a bread before your arrival with your bedroom bread maker. The rooms remimds you of little villas of provence, full of little deco all matching this feel of a little chalet. Easy contact with the managers, easy free parking, little pool and jacuzzi. A secret place to unwind without the stress of being seen a "designer" place.
What we missed espresso machine ( american coffee is not for us), extra hook on sides of bathroom sink to hang toiletry.
We appreciated the list for the tours but lacked a more decisive opinion. We felt that no team member do tours, guests wants your opinions and views.
The concierge part can be developed, we lacked the recommendation in taking positions, facilitating reservation in the wild tours and restaurants offers in Sedona.
What amazed us: it is spotless, incredibly spotless, best room maintenance and surroundings we have seen in a long time !
We loved our stay, we even extended it, highly recommend Adobe Villas, our sedona gem ! We will be back ! Thank to terry, Jessica and Rosy !

I am usually a little negative as most hotels and resorts disappoint me to some degree. This is not the case with Adobe Grand Villas. Every single staff person I interacted with was excellent!. The room we stayed in was better than the pictures from the website. Tons of room and a really great theme. We stayed in the Timber’s room. The breakfasts were phenomenal each day and they even packed us a “to go” breakfast our last day. I am giving the establishment 5 stars overall. To be balanced in my review, I should also point out the areas of small concern. The mattress on the bed has long ago served it’s purpose and should be updated. I slept on the couch most nights as it was more comfortable. If you want to book the chef prepared in room dinner advertised on the website, book that months ahead as it will not be available if you wait. While the website doesn’t mention this, the in room dinner is only available Thursday through Saturday. Since there are plenty of restaurants nearby, don’t worry, you will find plenty of places to eat. Several great hiking trails are literally nearby as the location is close to Chimney Rock and other attractions. You won’t regret your booking.

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Adobe Villas 3 weeks ago and as in the past it did not disappoint. The staff, the grounds and the room/suite was magical beyond words. We had been there 6 years ago and tried it again as our first journey after the Covid lockup has finally subsided.
Though the staff was new (except for the masterful and extremely friendly head chef) the 2 staff members in particular we got to speak with were highly professional and helpful. Maria Munoz and another gentleman who served us (his name unfortunately escapes me) were the 2 people.
The place is a wonderful base and first class operation from top to bottom and we met other couples from around the US who had stayed there multiple times over the years. Definitely if you stay there I promise you will leave there with a misty eye from how great an experience it was.
One last thing, 6 years ago when we went there we were able to schedule a personal dinner with the head chef and this time because of the time of the week we went there it was not the days of the week he was able to do a personal dinner. He has those dinners I believe Thursday, Friday and Saturday. But next time we will make sure to go there over the days he does those personal masterpiece meals. So when you plan your trip keep that in mind.
Thanks for reading and take care.

A stay at Adobe Grand Villas is more than a stay. It's an experience. The most amazing and unique part of this experience was the room decor. Each room had a different theme and that theme was faithfully represented throughout small touches in every aspect of the room: the front door, the bed, the fireplaces, the closet doors, the ceramic bathroon sinks, the innovative themed showers. Michael, Jorge, Daniel and the rest of the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond over and over again - even in our short stay. The breakfasts were delicious always a starter pastry, then a full breakfast. We were there over Christmas and they all really made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Depending on when you cancel, it varies. The closer you get to the arrival date the less they refund. I can’t remember the exact policy but if you call the resort they will let you know.

I'm not sure. There were 4 of us and we stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and each bedroom had a king size bed. I'm not sure if they have 3 bedroom options, or maybe a 2 bedroom with a pull-out sofa. You probably need to call and ask.
