Having spent a week at the JW Marriott Resort and Spa at Camelback, we were not sure what to expect as this was our first visit to Sedona Rough, We were very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Anthony helped us to our room which was spacious and well appointed. We had squirled away dozens of toiletries...

Lovely hotel in Sedona. Feels very luxurious, but still with great value. The staff was incredibly friendly with an eye for detail. The rooms are large with great views. Very comfortable bed! We ate breakfast one morning at the restaurant—delicious eggs Benedict! We also enjoyed the happy hour special with a free appetizer (I believe this may have been a...

We stayed here on a family vacation and we're a bit skeptical based on online photos of the rooms. Anyways, we had two rooms in the new part of the hotel and they were both perfect, the pictures on the website didn't do them justice. They were both absolutely spotless, as were the grounds. The beds were great, with big...

Whoever they used as a designer should be commended. The place feels very luxurious and they even went so far as to get authentic tribal artwork for the walls. The staff was incredible, probably the best of any hotel that I have stayed in and we travel a lot. This is where you need to stay.

After visiting the Grand Canyon, we decided to spend a night in Sedona as a part of our return trip. I picked this hotel after looking at their website as it appeared that it was closer to the old part of town. Fortunately, as it turned out, it was away from the old part of town which has become increasingly...

Stayed here for 5 nights around the Sedona Marathon. Super location - hiking and running trails just up the hill from the hotel; Safeway next door;great restaurants very close -- a couple you can walk to - and very good amenities at the hotel including a much needed hot tub and heated pool after the race; very good restaurant/bar and...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback to applaud and coach our team where we can improve. I will look into your reservation that was made with our partner Booking.com. We had just one night here although would have liked more. After checking in we noticed a voucher for a free appetizer. We ordered a chicken appetizer & asked that it be delivered to us at the upper deck. They set it up nicely & got the fire pits going also. The chicken was very good. Other then that we...

We recently stayed at the Sedona Rouge and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice and the bed/linens were heavenly. The view of the red canyons made it extra special. Despite a couple of small housekeeping hiccups, we found the service (especially the front desk staff) to be very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to others and...

My husband and I stayed at the Sedona Rouge as participants in The Sedona Marathon Event. The staff was very friendly and personable! Because of how I booked the room (through Expedia), we were given VIP coupons for free cocktails and small meals at the hotel restaurant! How generous! Our room was on the corner of the building so we...

Terrific spot to stay on our way to the Grand Canyon. Great staff, very helpful. Red's the Restaurant attached to the hotel had a great happy hour. We had dinner once and it was very good. Stayed in the new area. Quiet and very nice. We'd certainly stay again.
