Small rooms, but good value ($99+) for Sedona. Right in the heart of the tourist area, but not really sure if that's necessary. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Great views from the front porch. Recommended.

I didn't have any problems reaching anyone. I paid $125 + tax and my visit was last week. This place is not like a regular hotel in that no one answers the phone 24/7. I'd try late morning or afternoon. Hope this helps!
