We booked it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the secluded spot by Oak Creek Canyon and wooded property surrounding the units. Very comfortable bed and wifi worked well. Pool and hot tub was clean. Helpful staff and other units suggested great local sights to visit and experience.

1 Bedroom was really nice, whole suite was updated very "Arizona" in colors & style. Bathroom had jet tub, kitchen had everything except oven which we would never use anyway. Sliding doors opened to narrow green belt bordering on tree lined banks of Oak Creek which was wonderfully green and private. Barb Q & dining tables in courtyard was gathering...

Stayed over the holidays '14. Comfy studio w/ kitchenette and fireplace. Room was comfy and clean, views to the east over the golf course beautiful. After staying at several other resorts and hotels in and around Sedona, I'm reminded of what I liked about the Villas and why I believe it'll be the place we return to from here out....

We stayed a week here in a studio on the golf side. Clean and comfortable, the small kitchenette had what we needed to make breakfast and other simple meals and snacks. Nice pool and the resort is located on the creek with large shade trees. The barbeque was like new and there is plenty of room to eat on outside...

We have stayed here for several special occasions. Their casitas are nice with jet tubs and the rooms overlook the golf course. We have seen young deer at night on the golf course. This is a relaxing property in a great town. It is great for couples.

My husband and I were blown away by our room at the Villas! The small kitchenette had everything we could have needed, down to pots and pans! The wine and champagne glasses served the most purpose for us. The room was large with vaulted ceilings, the kitchenette, a large soaking tub, powder vanity, large bed, couch, table for 4, and...

I have not been here in 9 years, but have decided to return yearly. The unit upgrades are outstanding, and the proximity just can't be best. The biggest problem really is the short check in window, and the ease with which the card keys become demagnetized. I had to sit alone in the rain (and in the dark ) for...

I think this place is a well- kept secret in Sedona. It is the third establishment we have stayed at in Sedona and our favorite. The other two establishments were within walking distance of town and this is about one mile from town, but still quite close. My husband and I are here for a week for the second year...

My five stars do not indicate "luxury" experiences but rather the reliable, pleasant, relaxed weeks I have come to look forward to for several years now. The accommodations are fairly simple but updated, attractive, and always clean; I have never had a fridge smaller than a regular sized one (not side by side but conventional--not sure how the woman below...

Great location, but property does not have much to offer onsite. Very short check in window from 4 to 6 pm, so don't run late! Did not like that the wall separating bedroom from living room did not go all the way up to the ceiling, so light and noise from one room affected the other. Gas fireplace added nice...
