I'm writing this because I can't update another one I wrote. Want to balance it out. I had an issue with a charge that just...appeared on my credit card statement. It was a miscommunication about a pet fee that wasn't listed when I booked, so they agreed to waive it. Anyways, I found the charge and called. The person on duty pointed the finger back at me, so I wrote up a review about it all on Agoda. The general manager called me back the following morning to apologize fully for the matter. She credited my account and fully said I shouldn't have had to deal with the issue as well as the runaround. She indicated she'd be working with her staff to better train them to prevent the issue. A full apology. The room was clean and comfortable. It was an easy location. I was given a great, quick suggestion of where to go to get a peek at Sedona's beauty with the limited time I had. All in all, I was happy with the stay and would stay again, especially knowing that if there should be any issues, they will be addressed.…
I would avoid this establishment due to the ignorant staff, one lady at the front desk was nice, the other I would be happy to never have to come across again. Really don’t understand why these people get into the hospitality business. Was kept up all night due to noise in the next room, which I know is not the staff issue. However, the response to my uncomfortable night was what made me angry. On checking out, I wasn’t asked how my stay was… despite making three noise complaints the previous night. Not a single care given by the older lady at the desk. Better and more friendly places to stay in Sedona! Also more central, this location is a drive to everything. Would stay somewhere else if I return to Sedona!! 2 for extreme lack of hospitality!!
Highly recommend this hotel. Front desk staff are very courteous and helpful, especially Spirit. Spirit made our visit to Sedona, AZ very memorable. She suggested places for us to visit and places to eat during our stay in Sedona. The rooms very clean; reasonable price and exceeded our expectations.
Overall was a good stay. The receptionist upgraded our room which was amazing! Wish it was cleaned a bit more throughly (fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better). For $94 dollars a night it was what I expected. The service was great!
The Hotel is located on 89A near restaurant's, shops, rentals, everything. The view of Bell Rock was awesome and staff was friendly. Self check-in and check-out. You could walk to almost everything you might want to do.
Excellent place to stay. Helpful and welcoming staff. Room was superb, clean, and smelled fresh. Everything worked and the in room coffee pot actually brewed excellent coffee. The view of Thunder mountain from the patio was awesome. Minutes away from all the West side hiking trails and off road trails.
We walked into this hotel after having an awful experience at a different hotel across the street and opting to not stay there. The front desk women was so welcoming and helpful, she booked us a room right away and even gave us a discount, making it cheaper than what we saw on Priceline. The room was recently remodeled and very nice. Their soaps smelled great and the room was clean. Only down side was that the walls were thin and we could hear people above us, sleeping with ear plugs helped. Would stay here again if we ever come back since it was the most affordable in the area.
Enjoyed our stay! Price was in point and room well decorated (very calming). Our favorite part was waking up and opening the sliding glass door to see the beautiful red rocks!! Staff was very kind and helpful on places to go. We will be back for sure.
This is located at West Sedona, the red rocks are right at your backyard that you can see them from your hotel windows. It's only 10 mins walk or 5 mins drive to a lot of the trail head close by. Also, 10 mins from the airport, which on the top of a hill and have amazing sunset view. This is also keep you away from the Sedona uptown traffic and avoid the high price stores.
We stayed here only because we had confused our dates of stay (we had booked elsewhere and they were full). There was not much close to town that was reasonable. Kind a dumpy, the desk clerk was nice. No one at the desk after 8 or 9. Fair location. Old and rundown. The power went out in the main desk area therefore there was no way to get an extra key and there was no internet.
