Great stay at a great location. Definitely a resort feel to the location with the decor and running fountains. The rooms are huge with a fireplace and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very large also with a very nice bath/shower. Outdoor patio to your room which is great for just sitting and enjoying the mountains that the hotel faces. Make sure you ask for a second floor. Breakfast is more than adequate. Good eggs, omelets, waffles, fruit and pastries. Again, a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. The heated pool and hot tub have a handicap chair to assist getting in for those that need it. The front desk was more an accommodating for the dates and pricing when checking in. One odd thing was in the morning when checking out, you talked to a computer screen. Not sure where they actually were but they can see you. We spoke with housekeeping for a question we had instead--of whom were very nice. The pricing is a bit deceiving as you are charged a 'resort' fee over and above the price of the room. When asked about what that fee all covered, it was stated that is covering the breakfast in the morning. ??? Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Liked the 2nd floor room/suite which included a gas fireplace and master bedroom plus another room with a pull-out couch bed. The view of the surrounding mountains and hills was terrific. BUT.... the inn is located on a very busy road so if your room is not towards the back of the inn expect plenty of traffic noise. And they could do a bit better job of maintaining the rooms as well. We had several burned out bulbs and the heater/AC units kept going on and off every minute or so even when they were turned off. Price we paid was OK. Glad the place is in West Sedona versus Uptown Sedona which from my observations is a crowded, noisy, traffic congested mess even in February. There were several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the location is conveniently situated near trails and other attractions. Oh and the offer breakfast each morning.

Room Tip: Get a room towards the back of the inn unless you want to hear lots of traffic noise.

We love staying at Boutique Hotels, and this one did not disappoint. Love the quiet location, close to but not in the downtown area, so Uber is affordable, but you still get a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean and private, we didn't hear guests in the adjacent rooms at all. The Inn is just 2 blocks from one of the 3 Sedona Shuttle locations which will take you to the trailheads for free, alleviating the need to hassle with driving and wasting your time being unsuccessful in finding one of the limited parking spots. The breakfast area was very tidy with simple and healthy food options to start your day. Loved it, would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 1 night in February. The "Inn" is really a traditional outside access motel that has bee very nicely fixed up. Beds comfortable, room spacious, corner fireplace is a nice touch. Basic breakfast in a separate breakfast room above the check in counter. No lobby. Directly on the road.
The Inn is quite expensive for what it is, but then most of the hotels in or near Sedona are overpriced. We chose it in winter because it has a better cancellation policy than most. You will discover that Sedona has become a tourist trap and you will do better to plan an overnight somewhere else.

Although it is a little far from downtown Sedona, there is a rental car so it is not a problem. The staff was also kind.

Breakfast is simple with bagels, omelets, yogurt, apple juice, and orange juice, but it is not a problem for me who does not usually eat breakfast.

There is no gym or bar like in hotels, but there are plenty of things to see from the sunrise to the starry sky, so a shower and a bed are enough!

From the balcony of the hotel room, you can see Thunder Mountain to the left!

The water was a little lukewarm and the pillow did not suit me, but other than that it was perfect!

There was also a hot tub outside.

Our room was great - we loved the little fireplace in the corner! Sunny & Michelle gave us great tips for food and activities- and we really appreciated the info! Maria was very new as the hostess in the breakfast room, but all of our hot food was hot and the cold food cold - and tasted great.
When we requested fresh towels and sone spiffing for our room it happened right away.
We had a great experience.

This hotel is small by most standards and the rooms are a bit small also but the front desk staff and maintenance personnel make up for that. They were all friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the views from the balcony (we were on the second floor) are majestic. The breakfast is very good. Sometimes being small is perfect,

We visited during Memorial Day weekend, shortly after Arizona lifted their SIP orders. We arrived a little later in the day, but Kat was there to welcome us and check us in.
They had their plexiglass barriers up at reception, and check in was quick, informative, and very easy. Our room was on the second floor/corner, closest to reception, Suite 210 and it had a great view of the red rocks. Parking lot was easy, plenty of places to park, and Suite 210 had its own stairs leading up to the room. The room was very clean, and very spacious! We had no trouble with noise at all, especially being one of the rooms closest to the entrance. Morning breakfasts were bagged with the current guidelines going on, which consisted of a muffin, fruit, apple juice, and a granola bar. We definitely felt that they had our safety in mind, and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you for making the first trip out of SIP a good one!

We had a great time here! The room was spacious, decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. I loved having the table outside and being able to look at the mountains. The location was very convenient. The employees were great. Pete, who I emailed ahead of time, provided me with lactose free milk for my visit. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the quality of breakfast. That can improve.

The hotel accommodations were lovely. Even though the hotel was on the main road, it faced the beautiful red rock mountains. Our room was very roomy and the bed and extra pillows I requested were very comfortable. Breakfast was just adequate but convenient to have on site. There was a great pizza place and bakery right outside our hotel which was delicious. Chris at the front desk was very nice and helpful, it was a great stay here and close to everything including hiking in Sedona and shopping & eating in uptown Sedona.
